Delicious but it is NOT fish. And sorry vegetarians cannot compare the taste. But I am sure this will be very tasty. But I find your names very silly. Vegetarian egg, vegetarian fish, vegetarian omelette. If you are such a strict vegetarian, respectfully follow your diet. But please stop borrowing names from our food. It is silly, funny and offensive at the same time.

This is v similar to soya or kacha jackfruit .. ppl say they taste like meat. Here to this lady is trying to say that this can be cooked v similar to how we prepare tawa fish fry n belive me my mom use to cook this n as a kid i remember calling it fish fry coz it tastes v similar v tasty... But for non veg lovers something that tastes like non veg is also heaven..else ther is no harm we non veg loves non veg food but we equally like our veg food n the food that taste like non is next level for us

Once it is coated with rawa u can keep it in refrigerator for 1 hr to avoid shedding of rawa whn deep frying

We often make this at our home & we shallow fry them.
You can use neer phanas, potato, suran & brinjal as well.
Anyway, recipe is great as always.
