Raw banana- ½ kg
Oil- 4 tbsp
Onions- 4 (chopped into small pieces)
Cardamom-2
Cinnamon- 2 inch
Cloves- 2
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds- 1 tsp
Coconut - 3 pieces
Water -600 ml (divided)
Bay leaf - 2
Caraway seeds-⅛ tsp
Kasuri Methi- 1/2 Tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
Fenugreek leaves- few
Curry leaves- few
Spring onions- few (divided)
Salt - 2 ½ tsp (divided)
Red chilli powder - 3 tsp
Green chilli- 4 chopped
Coriander leaves- few
