  • Looking more youthful includes decreasing the fat at the edge of the mouth and creating a slimmer lower jawline. The Korean V line as it is sometimes referred. Surgical facelifts can incorporate the sliding genioplasty but there are non surgical options for slimming the jawline and tightening the neck skin. The RBF is a sought after treatment.
NON Surgical facelifts, brow lifts and skin rejuvenation are driving aesthetic patients to practices. #wrinkletreatment #healthyskin #plasticsurgery #skintreatments #skincare

What is crucial to staying young is sleep. A deep sleep with no distractions. I take a cat nap in the afternoon when I feel like it. Laughter and feeling terrific about yourself is crucial to staying young. But the most important thing is having wonderful people in your life that make you feel great. You must also eliminate stress. If it stresses you than give it up. Cortisol ages our bodies drastically. Sugar needs to stop being consumed, never smoke and don’t drink. Drink water throughout the day water moisturisers the skin from within, keep your body hydrated.

Great video! You're so right, it is a shame about the cost of aesthetics in the USA. In Cape Town you're looking at about half to less than half of the cost for all treatments, including plastic surgery. Although for some reason IPL is 60 USD which I find very costly for this area. Anyway. I truly appreciate how semi-technical you get so that I can have down and dirty talks with practitioners such as needle depth, rate of spin (prf), etc. It helps to weed out the dilettantes. 🙂

I love a strong jaw. The others look pinched.
It's fascinating to study anatomy. Trends too.
A curious trend decades ago: Queen Elizabeth didn't want to look Spanish. So she powdered her face white. She took off her eyebrows. She shaved her hairline. Frankly, she looked hideous, and she influenced upper-class women to do the same.
And Asian aesthetics are different, as so many have wide faces - without the hollows in the cheeks that other ethnicities have, such as Native Americans.
Evolution in the Far East created the naturally 'flat face with quite a bit of padding' to compensate for the harsh weather. Eskimos, for instance often have the same structure. As do Mongolians. Mayans have incredible bone structure. And evolution made it so.
As a kid (and adult) I got comments: "I'm jealous! You have such great "cheekbones"! Bone structure. "Thank you! I always thought they were too big". "No, they're beautiful", they'd say.
In Asia, young girls want to look Western. Big bucks are spent to change their eye shape and bone structure. And the young women are huge on instgram. Bucks there too. Look at their modern culture. Anime. They all have huge blue eyes and heart-shaped designs.
I've had 2 mini-facelifts with a plastic surgeon. Pretty early. 47 years old.
My occupation (in Hollywood) requires women look 'young'. No one wants to work with their mother. :) Looks are valued. That's why these women need to look perpetually young.
So I, at 67, still need to fool people. I hate that aspect of our society. And how does this place out with men?
One thing that was great was the fat-grafting I had 15 years ago. The fat is still in my face and it looks good.
I do wonder about the sculptra in the temple area. I would love to do that!
But now that my sons are 40, I can accept (mostly) how I look.
Another important thing is Childbirth and how it changes your face.
The added pounds can make a huge difference in your face.
Best to NOT gain or lose more than 10 lbs.
Sorry for the long diatribe. I LOVE your videos.

YOU DID SUCH A GREAT JOB ON THIS YOUNG WOMAN,SHE LOOKS PERFECT.:)
Here in Germay many doctors dont use sculptra because of some side effects.
Maintaining skin and body helps ,but again the change of hormones as we age plus the genes and the LIFE you live (MAYBE PROBLEMS AND HEALTH ISSUES)do matter ...
Beauty is helpfull but does not make you happy and is not a garantee for a good marriage and health etc.
The more satisfied we are with ourself ,the better we look from inside out.
It doesnt help to have a beautiful face and body ,but a unsatisfied mind .

At the age of 30, I was only given a tube of Retin-A & told to wear sunscreen. Lol. I do have smooth skin but feel it’s too late to start a Botox journey. My jawline & underneath my chin, I have laxity issues due to weight loss & aging & need a master like yourself. 🙏😊 We only have a dentist that does Botox/ filler and a local MediSpa. I found it so crazy when you mentioned how expensive these procedures cost in the USA. I am from Scotland, UK. It's way cheaper and the Dr's and Nurse practitioners are incredible. I too am a nurse, but not an aesthetic nurse. I have had voluma in my cheek bones, 1ml (1cc) ).5 in each side just to give me a slight lift and botox in 3 arease to feel rejuvenated. My results are noticeable but so natural looking, I look like me still, just 10 years younger. I paid less than £600 for it all. I will admit though that I do get a discount for being an NHS nurse, only 20% off. Why is it so expensive in America? Our practices are so heavily regulated like the USA. Come to the UK for treatment people lol. Particularly Edinburgh Scotland lol.

Juvederm (voluma) is only around 475.00 for 1 cc and 12.00 a unit for Botox, so depending on how many units you get. Sculptra, which is what he talked about is much more and you need 2-3 treatments. He also mentioned RF micro needling which I’ve had and that is around 2,000 for 2 treatments. I’m here in Indiana but from Cali and prices are similar from my experience.

Tiny bit of excess fat, but definitely not much. Non at all under my jaw. I have high cheekbones, but have some hollowness under my eye and temples. My doctor wants to fill my jawline, but that isn't going to take away the squareness. Was thinking mandible injections to relax that muscle and sculptura in my temples but not sure about undereye. I am so confused. My appearance has always been everything to me. I am willing to spend the money, but want to make sure that I have the right thing. Is there any way that I can send you a picture??

If there is a little bit more laxity...say someone with good skin, but say post menopause is this still achievable and cost effective for treating that area in the lower face to significantly tighten/lift the jawline then to balance the upper face...just post menopause and trying to decide on Macs face-lift or RF microneedling, continued scupltra, small bits of filler here and there...I totally understand how much it depends on the person and assessing them...I can not thank you enough for your channel and informative videos which inform in so many ways including what happens to the bone, fat, etc in the process of aging as well as talking about all the options out there to address them without looking unnatural...you are so appreciated...

  • @foreveryoungpisces7426

I've been lucky my skin is pretty good at 72, perhaps due to my decades long use of supplements, not sunning, and eating healthy, liquor only on occasion. I've always had a round face, but as I grew older my cheekbones became more defined. I modeled some in my 20s. Now I'm a bit jowly and getting lines around my mouth. I think women my age with lots of work done look so weird and I hesitate; I mean I'm freakin 72 and don't expect to look 40 (though people are shocked when I tell my age). I'm thinking maybe a sex life will give me the youthfulness (bliss) I desire. I have someone in mind of course. Wish me luck! 🔥♥️

No one believes my age either. I’m 70 now. I have added topicals to my face and neck since my 30”s. Five years ago or so I started with filler as I have the Marriott lines. Few fines lines on sides of chin and under eyes. I have had the plasma pen used 4 times under and on top of eye lids. Really helped the lines under and tightened the lids up. I have been getting Botox in the elevens and lines in forehead. Just started getting filler in cheek bones to raise the jowls and I love it. I had PDO threads put in jaw line and it did nothing. If my jowls get bad I will try the PDO barbed threads. I also have home radio frequency machine that makes a whirl of difference and I just bought the infrared red light mask for face and neck. Also have my lips done as I was Born with thin lips and they were fading out leaving me without a lip line. Found a gal that gives me just enough so not overdone.

@@cindy-camal I've never had the money to even consider all those treatments. I think living alone and not having men to cause me emotional stress (since my marriage ended in the 80s), has helped me remain somewhat young. My hair isn't gray either and I've actually got some crazy red streaks during lockdown! I listen to industrial music, my beau is 20 yrs younger. I have had my lips plumped a few times by a NYC doctor, who is fantastic, but only a little. Not extreme. He actually advised me against doing my eyes, which have some fine crowsfeet (I've been using prescription retinol for years around my eyes so they look pretty good) and is iffy about fillers. My forehead I don't GAF about. I mean I'm 72 and still good, lines or not. I'm HOT without all the trimmings. Men are attracted to me because of my energy, and nice boobs, I guess. LOL
I have money now but hesitate to fool around with myself. I don't want to look like someone else. My only real issue are some spotting on my legs and arms. I've had freezing done but they come back. My dermatologist recommends I just accept them. I used to get a prescription topical that faded them, but can't get it anymore since it's manufactured in Canada.

My doctor told me how the eye sees and calculates age is determined by the entire shape of the face. From far away we automatically gauge how old we think someone probably is, just by the overall outline, not wrinkles.
I want the opposite of what it seems everyone wants. I naturally have a slim narrow face with a v shaped chin, but every woman that I think is stunning has a wide square face.
