I would like you to please consider altering your diet for optimal health benefits:
FYI, I was vegetarian until I collapsed on a mtn hike... Found out I was severely anemic and low B12. Doctor gave me prescription iron & told me to eat red meat. It was a gradual transition & I regained my energy... But decades later after going Keto because I can't exercise due to Fibromyalgia pain as a result of an accident, I started feeling even better. After reading No Grain No Pain by Dr Osborne, I eliminated carbs, grains & rice & added in more meat & going more Carnivore.
I now feel FANTASTIC!!! My pain is nearly all gone, I'm off pain meds and my ENERGY & VITALITY are soaring! I feel like I got 30 years of my LIFE back!!! I'm horseback riding, bicycling and hiking mtns again, and it's decades later! Please try it, you won't be sorry. Plus you can use collagen powder which our bodies need to remain youthful and have flexible joints. 😉 👍🏻

My late friend Pat was the healthiest person.
    She ate the healthiest diet.
    She exercised daily.
She stayed out of the sun.
She took excellent care of herself.
However.... She got wrinkles and just recently died so suddenly from lung cancer.
None of us can figure out why she ended up this way.
Everything she ate was organic in the highest degree.
She did go through menopause and I believe that's the entire problem.
I believe everything is simply based on hormones.
I watch you regularly and I do the things you say if it's within my budget.
I'm definitely giving it my all and then some.
I'm convinced that the chemicals in the body are responsible for a certain amount of electromagnetic energy within the cells in the body keeping it charged and vibrant....
    Vibration and light energy....
It's something we need to be able to get down to every cell in the body.
I'm thinking about so many things and have so many questions.
My late friend Pat really got me thinking.
You can do all the right things and still have issues.
There's definitely something more to this.

I am in 60s. I lost over a hundred pounds for my health. I had jowls. I have been building up muscles in face and neck for 18 months. My jowls are gone and my neck is smooth too except for the two lines of skin in the front. I do these exercises while on stationary bike. Huge difference. Now all I have are marienet lines on sides of mouth. Working on them. I always used sunscreen and my skin is smooth even though I smoked when younger. I exercise a lot and take fish collagen and other supplements. I would think building muscles in face should help keep bone in place too.

Wow you are so thorough Dr. Rajani, you are so caring, and some people can save the money to see a very good doctor. You are so informative and you look amazing too! Your advice is worth a mint to some of us! You should do online consultations! My opinion is that I would rather be natural and not do anything except remove red spots, large moles or pre-cancerous spots. I had botox once and I regretted it. My eyebrow drooped for a half year to a year. Since I was in the fashion industry I felt it was important to look my best but since then I feel there must be balance in body, mind and skin care. More recently, I am ok with aging naturally and I think a lot of beauty comes from within and from the way you eat for example eating natural (organic) and not putting too much junk on your face ( I do wear a lot of cosmetics though) or thinking that beauty is everything and I don't focus on feeling depressed if I am not perfect. I focus more on being smart and exuding natural confidence, happiness and beauty which helps me look and feel better overall when my mental health is great and I then don't suffer from worrying so much about looking perfect because that is not healthy to have that obsession. I think minimal skincare is best but that is because I do not want to upset the natural flora on my body and face. Too much emphasis is put on physical beauty and that puts a lot of stress on people. Taking good care of your skin with good eating and supplements is a good option for me but I have never had severe issues. However you surely cover everything here and in case someone has a severe problem like acne or skin damage it's good to know your options. So many treatments are available now. I am glad in your other video you discussed natural options. You may want to discuss how diet can affect our skin: What are the best things to eat for better, healthier skin? Do foods, enviornmental toxins, pesticides and other things affect our skin?

Facelifts last 10 years. That's not bad! Especially if you get your first when you're older, but not too old (mid 50s). By 65-70, you may not feel the need to get that second one.

Im 37 and had 2 agnes RF tx under my chin and in my jowls (also coupled with Scarlet to the lower face only), I have seen about a 40% reduction of fat in those areas and my jawline is now noticible again. I was very realistic with my expectations and overall I am pleased. I did not expect to look snatched orlike how I did in my early 20s, but I will say, it seemed to have turn the clock back 5 years. So I went a bit Keto first & felt a bit better & then after reading No Grain, No Pain by Dr Osborne I eliminated gluten, even though I dont have celiac. So no refined carbs, breads, rice, pasta, dressings etc, plus reducing processed foods. Then I added organic, grass-fed meats & pasture raised chickens, eggs & dairy. Voila, my pains are nearly all gone! Except for what may be caused by my remaining meds for BP which is getting better as I am finally losing weight!
      My pain & fatigue have
been replaced by youthful ENERGY & VITALITY!!! I feel like I've gotten 30 years of my youth back!

That pot is chicken feet. Yes, people eat them, they are delicious. That said, I recently went from eating a low-meat diet to a moderate meat diet with lots of bone-broth, and I look maybe 3-4 years younger after a year of this. I also use hyleronic acid, C and retinol (sporadically), and I get great sleep, but I have been doing that for a few years. I've also noticed additional improvements with zinc and D3. If you smoke, stop. I was only smoking socially, and after stopping I noticed 3 or 4 years off my face after just a few months cigarette-free, and after a few months month of social smoking when I was traveling, 2-3 years were back on, then they came off once I stopped again. I can imagine a much bigger difference from someone who is a daily smoker.
