@@tomswiss7128 When you take pull ups for example and let s say you have the strenth to do only one rep. U r gonna do one pull up than wait for 1mnt till your next pull up and repeat this for at least 15mnt/more
@@tomswiss7128 the time during your 5 pullups doesnt matter. The thing that matters is you form. Tha n when you finish your 5 pull ups u can rest for 1/2mnt and even 2mnts and a half if your 5 pullups exhausted you, so u can go with full force again and repeat this process again for 15(+)minutes. And another tip: when the (15+.)mnt is done and u can t do more pull ups.. u can start working every progression to pullups the same way
Yeah once I started doing chest to bar pullups I realized I had been doing them wrong my whole life. I'm in my fifties and I can do muscle ups and got my weighted chin over bar pullups up to 90 pounds, all because I learned to do chest to bar pullups. It's a much more challenging exercise than chin over bar.
I started doing L-sit Pull ups and high pull ups after watching this, Now when i pull myself up, i fly like a firing missile, thanks a lot chris you are the best instructor in the world for calisthenics bro💪💪🔥🔥
