That's an average of one push up every 3.6 seconds, which is fucking insane for an hour holy shit.
specially the 4.7k squats per hour guiness sheesh
This guy does hard exercises like it super easy, his strength is too great
Bro those one arm push-ups are crazy. I remember barely being able to do one while vegeta was repping them out like one pushup every second at 350x gravity. The realization of difference between human and saiyan was so blatantly obvious😂😂😂.
😂😂😂
And that was way back in Z lol
@@tentaplayz3691 yeah. Now we got 50,000 one finger push-ups with like 10,000lbs of added weight.
@@prabsharankaknia8479 (350x gravity is like 10x more than 10,000lbs considering they're like 300lbs of muscle)
Chris Heria earned all of my respect when he showed his Muay Thai skills, dude is actually cold! Now this? You’re killing it my dude.
favorite thing about this guy is he's just so nice to people
Chris the way u did all the stuff was just cool bruh
U can't only do stuff but can teach as well
I just learnt how to do a perfect muscle up by u bro I'm only 16 but still ur so cool man
Im doing ur other progressions as well like front lever, planche and i can tell I'm getting better day by day
Just thanks alot dude💪💪💓
I always get inspired by anime bad ass intense training regimens. Also how they are able to scarf down ramen bowls lol.
I’ve also been using your app to work on my hand stands and pull up bar pull over.
You really got me inspired since I started this journey over a year ago. Your videos really help me. Thanks Chris. 🤘🏼💪🏼
Dude really is a beast. Now I'm sure other fitness tubers on here can get all butt-hurt and find something technical to nit pick him on But 4 million subs, a successful business, and a physique you would actually want... get it bro.
Seeing even fitness experts like Chris Heria and others being super fans of DB and anime shows what cultural impact Anime has all over the world. Anime has some really insane workouts. Workouts of Rock Lee and Saitama are really intense and insane.
Rock Lee yes Saitama not that much
@@jorgeribeiro6307 saitama one is through 18 months it is impossible for humans i think, Rock lee at least seem to have rest days for each muscle
@@vieiluchiha6185 yeah but rock lee walks around with ankle and wrist weights every single day that alone would destroy your ligaments in weeks
@@jorgeribeiro6307 depends on the weight. If you wear 10 pound weights, your body will get used to it, and you'll be able to get heavier weights. Whereas if you just start with 50 pounds on each wrist & ankle, it'll give you an injury.
@@LeQuietkid walking around with ankle weights will create imbalances on your hip muscles. Specifically, the hip flexors which for most of the population are already very tight due to lengthy periods of sitting down. So, by walking around with ankle weights and not only that increasing the load of those weights over time you would be contributing to tight hip flexors which cause loads of health problems. So its not really recommended.
Hey Chris, I saw a lot of times this video in France and I was like "He could barely do it with his level of calisthenics".
Thank you for motivating me and a lot of people, watching you since 2 years now and you helped me to go trough hard times.
Anyway, keep making videos and pushing us to always be a better version of ourselves :D
Mad love, peace out.
🙏🙏
Wait till he finds out that the Baki “pose” is actually a push-up 😂 the furthest I’ve even gotten in the progression is holding it on two arms
lol yeah. my cousin can do 1 but he says it janks up his arm so he doesn't do it. i wanna see someone able to do more than a single down up. you gotta kind of swing your weight over your elbow as you go down, then swing it back out as you go up.
Wow Chris is so fit, he makes it look so easy, but it takes a lot of training and hard work to get to that level. Hopefully one day I'll get there :)
You will!!
Same !
Time is all you need
Funny thing is, the day I started to watch Baki, was also the first day I went to the gym. I don’t know why people feel demotivated when they see someone better than them, to me, that’s what I set my sights to. Baki characters are BUILT different, and unbelievably well too

@@JasonAizatoZemeckis exactly why I just re-read baki dou
Chris I just wanna say thank you man! your videos brought me so far that I created this fitness channel its its only 14 subs now but I hope one day I'll be able to help so many people like u did👊
Yooo, this new style of video is so cool! Try to do more experiments and challenges, that's really interesting. Thank you for the videos!
Been doing the one punch routine for a while and seeing y’all run the 6 miles is insanely motivating. Thank you Chris.
Th fact he did saitama's training and it didnt even got him out of breath even slightly is mind blowing, this man is so damn strong
“It’s pretty easy i think we can do this 100 rep in 1 go. Don’t forget your weighed vest bro. ” Heria can be a scary workout bro 😭
You have motivated me in the worst way to get healthy especially for my kids. Last year I was 450 at 6ft5 I had gotten down to 352 and got depressed and weigh in today at 402. I started with walking 2 to 3 miles a day I can get it in. I’m a truck driver running teams so hard to find workout time. But I’m focused on eating better to better my self physically and mentally. Thank you for all you do out here for us regular folks that wanna get in better shape👍👍
Omad my friend
You got this! I am so proud of your motivation for doing this. Switch on the robot mode on those down days and just get it done.
What badasses. I'm so mad I jus only found this guy a few days ago. Much love and respect brother!
Chris, keep up the work man, we all appreciate you💪
Chris i was training with heavy weights for 10 years - only Bodybuilding. But you changed my life with the 30 Days Chris Heria Programm!!! I am doing it on Intermediate Level with Heria Pro and I AM HIGHLY RECOMMENDING IT! It is sooo good and intelligent.
I love you and thank your for your programm ❤️❤️❤️🙏
Great job to the guy and gal that trained with Chris in the video. Impressive performance from both.
6:00 crazy that they are able to do sit ups on the concrete like that, my tailbone gets crushed even on a thin yoga mat, I can't do them at all
It’s called back muscle
@@ShatabdaRoy115 on your glutes? yeah you're probably right
Same bro :/
@@SweetNessTM If you can’t get a thicker yoga mat, I would recommend putting a towel underneath your tailbone in addition to the yoga mat you already have. I have the same problem, and this works for me.
@@3dguy299 Might try that next time, thanks!
That was fun to watch. And congrats to the filmmaker, great landscapes shoot and editing 👌
I remembered a few years ago someone attempted to do Saitama's workout as accurate as possible. The issue the person ran into was the 6mil run it definitly takes so much toll on your body if you did it everyday for a year and a half.
the 6 miles is probably the easiest part of the training. from a runner perspective that is a rather entry level mileage (42 miles) per week.
FYI elite usually run between 100 to 150 miles a week.
@@piwo647 maybe if you run the 6 miles at the very start or end but squats then 6 mile or 6 mile then squats will be rough unless you do it a ton
@@abyzz6252 yes I just isolated the run. And 100 squats in one go is brutal, I would not be able to do it nor 100 push ups. 6 miles however is quite easy and 42 miles per week is a rather low mileage for an amateur marathon runner.
Yeah didn't he destroy his legs and get horrible shin splints.
@@piwo647 Well Genos does point out that his workout isn't that hard. In fact it's barely above a beginners level.
Woah :O. Trying some of those anime exercises must of been pretty tough. I already know you will have nailed them Chris 😃👍
Man, this was awesome! Loved how Chris motivated everyone throughout the vid 💪🏾 looking forward to the 1.5yr scalp update
You totally inspired me to work harder bro, anime really brings your true potential out and you helped it become a reality keep it up bro
The collab we need : Chris Heria and Anime exercise challange
My favorite move was definitely the handstand push up, I’ve never really watched anime but some of the exercises I’ve seen are insane
Baki without the attitude
Goku without the magic
And one punch man, but don't really hit people
Chris heria 👌
This is so correct
I don't know why but seeing him fail or struggle reminds me of myself
I see my self in him
And I one day hope to be like him i started calisthenics because of you and wil always be my number 1 inspiration💙
8:46 You have to keep doing it no matter how difficult it gets
you've had a lot of fun doing this
Chris had inspired me to get into Calisthenics a long time ago, and seeing that he has a difficult time with some of the moves gives me a goal beyond just getting stronger.
You are simply incredible! 😍 I want to thank you so much for the fact that because of your training I feel much stronger. I'm 15 and I'm a girl, but I don't give myself any indulgences in these workouts. They used to seem incredibly difficult to me, but now I have become much stronger and now this is my daily routine. My performance has also improved a lot, now I have 73% muscle mass in my body, which is very good. I am incredibly happy that I found this channel and started practicing according to your training, because it also increased my confidence and desire to do something. I used to suffer from severe depression, but after training and going to a psychologist, I felt much better, training saved me very often and I felt strong. Thank you for doing so much! 🥺💗

Amazing as always, so inspiring, 2 years doing what you teach and finally I'm starting to have the body that I want .
Girls watching anime : "thats so unrealistic"
Boys watching anime :
Fun concept vid/execution, great guests (nice work keeping him in line Dee) and Chris always comes thru w/ the chill smack talk :-) "Everybody else's workouts are gonna be your warm-up"
So totally been waiting for this!!! It's awesome to see the best calisthenics athlete try this. Cuz you know he won't disappoint
Dee!!!!!! You’re killing it on survivor
I’ve been waiting for something like this!
Especially since Chris looks like an Anime character💯
Oh my god , I can’t believe you’re actually doing this :)) I really wanted to see u do this a long time ago
that was a warm up for chris damn, he has insane endurance
This could be possible if one max out their stabilizer muscles, balance, and change up those pose a bit. But even then you're be lucky to crank out 3 reps. More or less this would me a type of "Static Workout" much like the Human Flag. Meaning you would hold the pose in the Top position and don't actually try to do a Pushup.
( Referring to the tucked in One-arm pushup)
One of the best fitness vlogs ive seen in a while. fitness and anime are like so tied together interms of the action sequences and training goes. great reference from childhood memories. Much power to you Chris and team. Mad love, peace out.
The struggle makes this so much more real, love it
Chris is a freaking machine doing those push ups
The greatest motivational callisthenics person on the Earth no can beat him. Chris Heria 🌟
I would love Chris as my coach, pretty chill, motivating, and humble.
What I love about the fitness community is it’s very diverse and accepting of everyone. Love the diversity man.💪🏾
Seeing you struggling is more motivating than most things you’ve done
the thing which scares me about Chris heria is "HOW CAN HE TALK EVEN WHILE DOING INTENSE WORKOUT"🤯🤯
What people don’t realize about the Baki pose is he’s legit holding himself up with one arm, he’s not resting his arm against his knee for leverage like you see the people on TH-cam trying to do. It’s borderline impossible to do in real life…
I wonder… is it really impossible to do??? What if someone could actually do it?
he's not just ''holding himself up with one arm'' Baki is doing a one-arm push-up!!
@@colossoanao Sheeshhhh, that’s just hard to do lmao
@@colossoanao Yeah he is… you are right he’s doing push ups, but you’re gonna have to not use your knee if you want to do the “pose” version of this.

I love how he’s so supportive of Kevin and so kind to him trying to push him to be better and just being kind
Im so happy that you did this baki pose
I remember watching Baki and thought
"i am curious if chris can do it". Bum you tried to do his pose

I love anime. I love fitness. It’s like this video was meant for me
I did the OPM workout once and felt quite ready for retirement after that. Chris made it look like getting out of bed in the morning was a bigger challenge

Chris, the first pose you tried to do is actually a yoga pose. I’ve seen it before. I apologize because I don’t remember the name but if you are connected with yoga community, just ask them. They can show you step-by-step how to get there.
