    My boy Chris is just a beast period. Stumbled across this channel trying to increase my functional strength and love what I've learned. Negatives and holding the last rep I have to increase time under tension has yielded some great results. IDK if videos on this channel exist but y'all should combine some calisthenics workouts like a circuit training to increase intensity and steady HR.

      @@agarrikr2996 after 6 months 15 pull ups is very good, it's the strenght requirement to do a one arm pull up by the way, before training you should consider yourself lucky if you can do 1 straight pull up

      @@zikotarghi7190 1 straight pull up? .. I used to do that before training at all with weak body. I mean, unless you're +100 kg it should be easy? Or you mean a pull up until your chin touches the bar?
      I never do pull ups, I lift weights and hit the gym. Deadlift 150 kg, Squat 80 and Bench 20 KG Plates each on Olympic bar so it should be around 60 ~ 70 .
      But I can do 3 pulls ups straight, recover on about 15 min and do 3 more.

    I literally just learnt the difference between a pull up and a chin up, i thought it was the same but it's to do with the direction you're gripping the bar, if it's facing towards you (chin up) facing away (pull up)

    I love your vids man. I'm really into working out and pushing myself with my pull up bar and stuff in my room. I have a body type that puts on bulk and muscle easily but it feels like it doesn't get easier mastering exercises that mean doing one arm pull ups and push ups or making my body weight easier to use in a workout if you understand.     I have a question: I do an exercize that was shown to me once years ago, but I never got to know what its name is:
    Its that one where you grab one bar with one hand, the other bar with the other hand and you use momentum or you do it controlled....that you lift your feet upwards, so that you can put them on that one metal-pipe that is holding your two metal bars together, and then you basically do something similar to australian pull ups, but you are hanging in the sky while doing them.
    You do that exercize on those metal bars that are above your head and that look like that stuff where kids climb around on them.
    How is this exercize called? Do you know it or does anyone else know it?
    Would be nice if I could get an answer.
