    I'm 16, I started working out Calisthenics about 3 months ago.. Last week I learned how to muscle up and now I'm doing 5 sets of 5 good form muscle-ups

    Great info and tips. I personally keep it simple by practicing explosive pull ups and straight bar dips. The technique flows in naturally with practice once you have the strength down.

    I did my first muscle up 2 days ago ! I was so satisfied and can't describe how I felt at this moment in my head...One part of me was like "this was easy ????" and the other part is "How did I do that ? Can I do that again ?"
    Anyway it isn't perfect because I think my 2 elbows are going directly over the bar and not my chest. I'm still happy ! Thank you Chris for your wonderful teaching !
