Очень продуманный и хорошо спроектированный дом. Удобные планировки, просторные помещения. Хорошая крыша. Внешняя отделка скромная, но тут каждый может сделать на свой вкус. При такой площади очень практичное использование пространства при таком большом наборе помещений. Важно, что все 3 выхода просматриваются из кухни, хозяйка за работой видит приходящих/ уходящих

A small detail: there's noplace provided for coats and footwear at the entry like there is at the kitchen entrance. The kitchen is spacious with lots of storage, and there's a laundry room and a pantry. It's not a "small cottage", but rather a large house appropriate for a larger family.
