Oh my I'm really loving this beautiful home. And a 2 car garage to boot.
This is a good plan. The entry is great. The mantel hopefully deflects the heat from the woodstove insert. The kitchen is spacious, and there's space for more upper cabinets. There's no pantry but there are tall kitchen cabinets and storage in the laundry room. The garage would be tight for two American cars, but there's ample room for one plus a workbench.
I love this layout! My only change would be to swap the stove and the sink. I like to have a window on every exterior wall. I'm a country women and need to see out. I would also move dishwasher beside the sink. I love the floor to celling cabinets, I have had 3 of these in a previous home and they hold so much! Keep making great house plans for me to dream over. 🤗
What a darlin tiny house! It is hard to believe it is a 3 bd, 2ba, and the kitchen is a nice size with plenty of cabinets, which I like. The only two changes for me that I would make are the placement of the dishwasher by placing it next to the sink instead of having to walk arcross to the other end of the counter carrying dishes to load the wahser, that's just not practical! The other change is with a little addition by adding the master suit on the other side of the home, making it into a split floor plan, which is preferable! Love the darlin porch in the front, and the nice covered porch across the back is also a nice added feature, I also like the entire porch that is not under the roof which is great for grilling away from the home and also for sunbathing! I love the open concept flow of the kitchen to the dining and living room areas. Also, I love the attached garage, which can also house a freezer since there is no placement for it in the kitchen! Overall, this is a cute home!
This is a very workable footprint. Nice proportions! I would swap out the gray paint for something a bit brighter especially in the sitting room which feels a bit dingy and dark. Maybe another window on the other side of the fireplace would brighten things up. Great home!

Gorgeous home! The only thing I would change is replacing the glass walls in the showers with glass block. That makes it easier to keep them clean and offers more privacy.

Whats not to like about this home! I would probably move that one kitchen counter over a little to make more room in the dining area and put in patio doors. Very Nice!

💕❤️ Great home! Only 1150 sq ft? Really? Feels like 1800 or so. Oops, did the calculations and it’s 2145. Does that include the garage? I really like it but would switch the fireplace to a wood burning stove.
