What a likeable guy Perlin is. Those devastating pictures of the storm damage were incredible. So glad he has been able to bounce back. Fantastic home & outer buildings. I wish him nothing but satisfaction & success with tiny home building career.👍🏘😊
For sure. As devastating as that flood was I'm glad he found time amongst the chaos to grab the video footage. It's amazing to see what that was like! So fortunate that he was able to recover from that so well.
Amazing almost seems not enough to describe Perlin's set up and workmanship here... His forward thinking with the solar, the water, even the toilet is mind blowing... I hope he does very well in his venture of helping the tiny house movement throughout Australia grow... Well done Mate... Thanks so much for sharing Bryce & Rasa...

I completely agree with Bryce. This is impressive. Perlin has done a fabulous job with his house. The quality speaks for itself. I love this home very much and a REAL comfortable coach at last!
It was the Lismore floods and the lack of accommodation that started my own tiny house journey. So glad to see Perlin bounce back from that natural disaster. Hope his home stays high and dry this wet season.
Great set up. I live, presently, in the USA and wish these exceptional tiny home designers and builders weren’t so far away. I dream of living out the rest of my life in a tiny house…..

It is beautiful to see how many people Bryce has inspired and i especially love the DIY homes, because they are like ‚hero‘s journeys‘ and for me it is encouraging to witness how to live an authentic life and i imagine that one can deal with literally any storms in life if one has achieved such a thing like Perlin has . Thank you Bryce for doing what you love and believe in. 🙏🏻 Regards from Switzerland.
Wow, what an amazing spot! He's in a situation where he had all that space to expand and has taken full advantage of it which is fantastic. Lovely minimalist home with exquisite finishes and furniture, with all the lovely outbuildings as well. So wonderful to actually have an office/guest cabin outside the tiny so that you can comfortably host without being totally on top of one another. Absolutely love it!
Dear Bryce... and Rasa... ALWAYS love hearing and seeing the new Tiny Homes. And can never get enough of them. This one really appeals to me for his use of timber and the clever metal framing. Thank you once again. Its like a Christmas present every time.
Yep, that is super impressive. The fact that Perlin is going to build tiny homes should provide the channel with a few more episodes. Hopefully you'll get to showcase his future work :)
What a gorgeous home. My favorite color is also blue, so I’m a bit biased, lol. I love all the timber and plants inside, and that sleeping loft looks super cozy. I especially love that light fixture in there. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
What a fantastic life and lifestyle he has! A beautiful home, work to do and a place to do it, no mortgage, no loans, just living his besy life! What an enviable way to live!I applaud him and his lifestyle. If I were 60 years younger, I’d go for that myself. I appplaud this young man for his wisdom, his skills, his creativity, and his generosity in teaching others to do the same!
This is one of the most beautiful tiny houses you've featured! Just the right amount of timber was used so as not to make the house too dark. And apparently a biogas toilet is cool because even if the water hose is used to flush down the toilet, it can serve as a bidet some who prefer having a bidet and toilet paper available. I also love his kitchen. I do hope you can come back when the owner is done with the loft and let your viewers see how much height he has added to it because as I understand he would be able to stand in the loft once it's done.
Oh and that kitchen bench is gorgeous. I just wonder if it's difficult to keep the color after some time because of how it has been put into use with all the food prep and water/liquid spills and such.
LOVE the colors of your buildings! It's surprising how just the angle of your entry steps helps to break up the monotony of squareness. Also the three pillars soften the overall look of your house. Please God, may you never have another flood.
Very impressive build and compound, especially for that price. What a shock that must have been to lose his roof in the middle of a stormy night! That flooding was crazy. As you said Bryce, you'd never know it had happened. And his dad obviously contributed a lot in terms of material resources as well as some sweat equity!
I totally agree! This is an amazing result for the budget. It really goes to show how learning some building skills can pay off in a big way! The flooding was nuts right!? Crazy how quickly that can happen. Glad you enjoyed this episode! Thanks for watching.

To Perlin when he inevitably reads this, your setup is almost exactly what I'd do, I could step into that entire system and be right at home. I'd only do 2 things differently. 1. Aside from that oversight and slight taste difference a near perfect match :-)
Thanks for the comments. I did a light roof in the office and it does look good, I was hoping my roof would be more red, but it turned very dark. Not securing the roof was totally on me, a mistake which I won't repeat. 👍

Amazing results for that amount. Lots of hard work and challenges (eek- that storm!) but it just looks like a magical place. I used to live in Byron in another lifetime, and it's just lovely there.
With such a tiny kitchen sink a dishwasher is absolutely necessary. (Bathroom wash basin looks bigger LOL.) I noticed once again, that this tiny house wouldn’t be half as useable without all the “outbuildings”. There seem to be very few tinies without any additional buildings, a shed, a pod, at all … But the young man must be given credit for so much and well done DIY.

I love this house and I really admire the owner's attention to detail, commitment to completing tasks and his aesthetic sensibility. What an incredible set up he has created. I wish him all the best in his new career ❤
Thanks for the kind words! It needs to be pleasing to the eye for me to be happy with it. 👍

Not only are these tiny home builders artists, visionaries, tenacious, and amazing. But they all seem to be great cooks as well!😋
I always think with these tiny homes that it isn't just about the house but the location, I mean who wouldn't want to live somewhere like that.
It has amazing sunsets and great for star gazing as well.
Perlin is a genius, and a good man to boot. Love his set up.
Perkins did a fantastic job !
What a wonderful young man , such perserverance and hard work can do. Bless you as you move forward with your life,
Thank you! The future is looking bright 🙂
Beautiful Tiny! Love the timber posts on the deck. Great acreage and views. Much success on his building Tiny Homes. 😊👍❤
It was dads idea to add the curved post, it works so well for the space.
Love you brother, been a part of this fam for a very long time
Love to you too! Thank-you for being a part of our fam! ❤
Great design. Pop up roof neat idea. Love the big porch with the crooked poles. Gives it an organic feel.
The poles add "character" as dad likes to say.
No words....however, simply amazing and well done should suffice...oh, and WOWZA...thanks kids...!
Thanks!🙂
Stunning! What a skilled genius! Thanks for sharing!!

Working with wood is a talent! Amazing what you've done!
Thanks! I love working with wood.
I can't wait to build my own tiny home and win the lottery on a perfect plot of land to live on!
You can build your tiny house first and buy the land later. That's my plan.
Perlin is great😮highly appreciable. It was a real spellbinding experience going thru this video Bryce. Thanks to you n Rasa for amazing content❤ Cheers for Perlin😊 Cool guy
Thanks! It was definitely an experience going through this build process.
This is a mega build! Loved the way he's expanded especially with the solar panels, very self sufficient
Charging my car with my solar always feels so good!
Incredible setting, his own little town. Tastefully and artistically done. I’d love to see the loft area with the raised roof.
Thanks! I love the land I'm on.
Thank you for having that sofa. Those "storage" sofas yuk! "Learn to live with only what YOU need...Love the bed area, clean, clear and calm...
Having other buildings definitely helps with not needing a storage sofa.
Wonderful job. Very talented young man. And great parents and friends.😊
Thanks! My family is the best.
Amazing results for that amount. Lots of hard work and challenges (eek- that storm!) but it just looks like a magical place. I used to live in Byron in another lifetime, and it's just lovely there.
I love this area, always so green. Floods are an issue, but thankfully bushfires are not.
Amazing house! The color palette is so aesthetic, feels cozy and luxurious at the same time
Thanks! The oiled timber helps with that feel.
Love the branch light. That blanket looks so comfy!
The light works so well for that space, a nice warm glow.
Great set up! I'm already thinking of a office with my tiny.
It works great to separate work space from relaxing space.
All I can say is wow, brains and talent amazing place.
Thanks! I do what I can.
With such a tiny kitchen sink a dishwasher is absolutely necessary. (Bathroom wash basin looks bigger LOL.)
I noticed once again, that this tiny house wouldn’t be half as useable without all the “outbuildings”.
There seem to be very few tinies without any additional buildings, a shed, a pod, at all …
But the young man must be given credit for so much and well done DIY.
Yeah, its definitely crowded in the tiny house if you don't have another building to put stuff.
Beautiful piece of paradise Perlin has created 😍
Thanks! It's getting better with every upgrade I add. 🙂
Incredible setup! And loving the coloured glass :))
The glass gives a nice warm glow to the bathroom when the evening light hits it 👍
Beautiful home! Nice fella who is clearly resilient as well.
Thanks!
Very nice 😊 love all the wood. And how he really put his soul into it. Awesome work!
It's a labor of love.
Bro is living a good life
I'm trying my best 👍
I love this place. This is the best place ever
Best real example of full offgrid ive seen and hes done it all himself!
One of the best episodes I've seen.
😀
Truly an ongoing labour of love!
It's never ending... but getting better all the time. 👍
So Organised, it's beautiful ❤😊
Thanks
