The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a privet bathroom just behind the living area, Actually The living area is in between the kitchen and master bedroom. You can easily fine out in the floor plan.

VERY Workable design! Today's suggested tweaks,.... Need a back door. I'm on the OCD side and would prefer the coat closet to have a door. A closet of some sorts under the stairs would be useful. 😁😁😁😁😁LOVE the upstairs laundry room!!!!! It''s convenient and has lots of space and storage!!!!!! Would it be possible to incorporate some sections in the walk in closets to accommodate full length clothing, such as gowns and long coats?
A very spacious house with all the necessities. But since there is a TV room upstairs, please remove the TV that is over the fireplace. It's not at a good viewing angle, and the heat from the fireplace might damage it. And I counted three full baths plus a half.

I for one wouldn't want to go upstairs to do Laundry Lol. It's much easier to Throw clothes over the banister to do Laundry downstairs.
