Very nice! I don't see a closet for coats. Where I live, a room can not be considered a bedroom unless it has a closet. The children's room isn't technically a bedroom since the closet space is part of the built-in bunks. I would make this room the den and where the den is, put storage units and have that door be the entry from a GARAGE.

The house in itself is Absolutely gorgeous but would look even better if you mixed the color skeem with Earth tone colors instead of white on white like in my opinion mint green walls instead of white wall and white furniture and add a variety of flowers to accent the room change the position of the living room sothe tv is over the fireplace and the couches are centered and the chairs set closer to the fireplace as well other than these thing the house is EPIC but after all this is just my opinion 😊

I'd have a small coat closet where the clock is as you enter. I like the pantry, but I'd rather see the laundry machines closer to the bedrooms. The office is nice, but if not needed it could be a laundry room.

This is a very nice house, but I'm looking for a tiny house, and I don't consider 1600 sq ft a tiny house. But what I want is a smaller 2 bedroom home with the master bathroom with a large shower, tubs don't work for me because they are difficult to get into for seniors like myself, and a laundry room is a must.
