  • This 10 minute lower abs workout is a pilates inspired whole core workout that will make your abs strong, toned and visible. These 10 minutes will help you to tone your ab muscles to the maximum. It's a low intensity workout but that doesn't mean that it’s not effective. I focus on slow and controlled movements but it's going to be so effective and you will definitely feel it in your core. Combine this workout with my other pilates style workouts or different abs workout for better results.
    Remember, every body is different and visible muscles, like AB muscles especially, are more visible when having a low fat body percentage!
    It doesn’t matter what shape you have, this workout helps you to build a strong core which will make you feel confident and strong.

    Otra para aplicarme... muchas gracias, le cambio alguno pues mi rodilla está dañada pero otros si puedo. Hago otras rutinas de abdominales tuyas antes de dormir. Mejoro mi dormir también,👩🏼‍⚕️👋

      Animal based Protein! Make sure you have it in every meal. Helps decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle.
