hello i would just like to inform you that you might not end up losing a bunch of weight if that is your goal because pilates sculpts your body! but you will still lose weight as it does burn calories.

@@riri_2205 try this once or twice a day, drink lots of water after working out & try to cut off on sugars and junk food in general. A workout will NEVER outdo a bad diet, so make sure you're eating a healthy diet too :)
I started doing her 9 mins for 10 days and when I tried this my tummy's burning! I was shocked how she looks so calm doing this when I can hardly move my body after 3 mins of this😭

I'm a beginner in pilates and didn't see that this workout wasn't beginner friendly, had to stop multiple times and i'm sweating so much. Definitely a great workout if you are a little more expierenced than me!
start: 17/8/24, 50kg, 160cm, 15 y/o, artistic roller skating day 1: ✅ felt a little pain doing some exercises and had to rest a few seconds, overall not bad, didn't felt pain after, i put a reminder on my calendar so i remember to do it everyday day 2:✅ still felt a little pain but still did better than yesterday day 3:❌i was out with my bsf and didn't have time to do It day 4:✅ still found It hard to do, prolly bc i skipped a day
I just started today. I feel the burn without feeling pain in the neck even with trying to focus squeezing my core, unlike other abs workout. I’m loving this workout ☺️
I don't do this to achieve a certain goal or weight, I do it because it refreshes my body. Earlier I couldn't do a lot of your exercises properly (esp the side plank ones) but now 3 weeks into this and I am able to them very well ! My posture has gotten better. I feel more energised after doing these workouts rather than feeling tired. After doing 2-3 workout video of yours everyday I go for a walk. Thank you ! One suggestion though, please start the timer from 35 seconds just like this video. The extra 5 seconds helps us understand the next exercise and change pose immediately.

This workout was so challenging but so worth it!! Literally after doing this workout for 2 DAYS my waist was visually smaller, more toned, and had less loose and unattractive fat on it! Thx soo much girl ☺💙💙

I’ve been using some of your exercises and I think I’m gonna stick with this one! I want abs I don’t have any other goals (: Start- Nov 23 Day 1: completed. Struggled 😅 Day 2: completed. My abdomen is in pain! Worth it for the end result though! Day 3: completed!! I didn’t take as many breaks this time. My abdomen is still sore but bearable (: Day 4: sore but completed!! Day 5: I struggled less than day 1 (: Day 6: completed Day 7: complete Day 8: completed (i forgot to update 6 & 7) I’ve done it 8 days in a row!! 🎉 Day 9: finished I’ll update how my body looks on day 10 (: Day 10: 🎉🎉 I’ll update in the morning how I look! Starting doing this workout today! I won't do it everyday as I have work and school, but trying to do it at least a few times a week! I hope it helps me to lose some weight and get more healthy & fit this year :D Height: 164 cm Starting weight: 63 kg I want to lose a bit of the weight that I put on due to my thyroid and hormon issues, but don't want to set a fixed goal weight :) Day 1: 19.03.24 - I did this workout alongside one of her workouts for legs and shoulder/back ones! This one was pretty difficult, my legs were tired haha. Also did 40 minutes on my stationary bike for cardio :> Day 2: 20.03.24 - (weight: 62,7) cycling for 40 minutes and I did a pilates arms & abs workout Day 3: 21.03.24 - (w: 62,8) cycling for 40 minutes, abs workout and skating for 1,5 h :) Day 4: 22.03.24 - (w: 63,1) cycling for 40 mimutes. Sadly couldn't do anything else because of work. Did 15.000 steps though :) Day 5: 23.03.24 - (w: 62,55) cycling for 45 minutes, work, 10.000 steps.

I am still a beginner so I felt really tired at 9 mins. I tried her tiny waist pilates workout for beginners and hopefully by 2 weeks I can do this workout fully. Thank you Shirlyn for the video and the exercising point was really helpful. I know which muscle to focus on during workouts 😊😊 edit: I had to take more rests, but i finished this exercise! It was so fun to do.
I'm so happy! It's not even been a week and I already can finish the whole workout without making the excercises a bit easier, ot pausing the video to breath. I'm excited to do this as long as I can before I enter to college in march !!!

I have been doing this for 3 days along with two other routines, and from the first day even though my stomach burned, I felt very good, energized and very relaxed, the pain obviously lasted a long time but it is relaxing, I am very happy because I finally started to take care of myself.😊 Hi! It's me again, The last two weeks have been difficult because I am on vacation and laziness sometimes wants to overcome me, but it doesn't matter, these weeks I have seen several changes in my body and I have lost 1-2kg, I really don't have insecurities about my weight or my physique, I just want to lead a healthy life, but I must say that this channel is my favorite.

I have been doing this workout for over four months and my stomach is extra small and my weight was 65 then and it is 45 now . Day 13: completed I think I will do leg day and ab day on alternating. So I can give my abs a rest. I’ve been seeing results for my abs whenever I wake up in the morning! I don’t feel much pain anymore doing these exercises as much as I used to (:

Day 1: 19.03.24 - I did this workout alongside one of her workouts for legs and shoulder/back ones! This one was pretty difficult, my legs were tired haha. Also did 40 minutes on my stationary bike for cardio :>
Day 2: 20.03.24 - (weight: 62,7) cycling for 40 minutes and I did a pilates arms & abs workout
Day 3: 21.03.24 - (w: 62,8) cycling for 40 minutes, abs workout and skating for 1,5 h :)
Day 4: 22.03.24 - (w: 63,1) cycling for 40 mimutes. Sadly couldn't do anything else because of work. Did 15.000 steps though :)
Day 5: 23.03.24 - (w: 62,55) cycling for 45 minutes, work, 10.000 steps.

I am still a beginner so I felt really tired at 9 mins. I tried her tiny waist pilates workout for beginners and hopefully by 2 weeks I can do this workout fully. Thank you Shirlyn for the video and the exercising point was really helpful. I know which muscle to focus on during workouts 😊😊

The straight hundred is definitely the hardest but helps you a lot. So to those that skip it cuz it's too hard, remember it's gonna be worth it.
