  • Hey Fam! This one is a total killer abs workout. I love to include the ankle weights that allow your abs to work even more and harder. Focus on doing the movements slowly and controlled, and give your core time to feel the muscles. I needed to do this workout 2 or 3 times to really feel my abs during the 12 minutes.
    You will work on your:
    - upper abs
    - 11 line look
    - muffin top fat
    - lean abs
    - side obliques
    CALORIES:
    I burned around 100kcal during these 12 minutes.

    I will try this workout for 1 month. Just to say that I will miss Mondays and Wednesdays because I go to dances on those days. But on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday I will do it!😊

    Im gonna update y’all! (Though, not every day. I have school 😕)
    Day 1 ✅ : WOW! This workout was REALLY intense. I really loved that this workout burnt my abs and NOT my legs!!!!
    Day 2✅: never fails to keep my stomach engaged!
    Day 3✅: i can say the video was much easier today, and my waist IS starting to look smaller
    Day 4 ✅: this is getting easier everyday i really recommend doing this

    Love it, love it, love it. I do it without ankle weights. First time had to take a break, but second time round did it at a stretch.It’s amazing to feel those unknown muscles making themselves known again after a long time!

    Okay LETS GO
    Day 1: ✅ WTH THAT WAS SO HARD!! BUT I'm proud of myself because I did side plank really good!!
    Day 2 : ✅ Well.. It don't go as well as yesterday.. But it's ok! FIGHTING!!
    Day 3 : ✅ I did better than yesterday.. but still 8dk im getting tired but I think I'm doing something wrong.. And I ate a lot of sweets today so I think that I start diet tomorrow.. And idk if it's only me but I feel really hungry at morning.. 🤨
