- This 10 minute everyday lower pilates abs workout is a great routine for toning your lower abdominals. Just lay on your back, no equipment needed, and enjoy the 10 minutes for your core. This abs workout will make your abs burn and your core stronger. You can do this workout everyday or every second day to give your abs a little break. You will notice a big difference after a short amount of time.

You are a fitness influencer and you tell people to do abs exercises everyday? That's a very bad advice! You should not train the same muscles two days in a row.
Stomach is okay. How else would you build muscle?
Yea I do them every day. Every other muscle group rotates. But I do a 10 min ab workout every day
