    Did this workout, with an additional brief abs workout (Planks, crunches, pushups) for 6 months and lost just about 70lbs.

      @@annerose642 every day! Occasionally twice a day once in the morning and once at night. And then eventually I had lost all the weight and switched to strength training!!

    My poor neighbors🤣... I've decided to do this at 11pm after feeling self-conscious about eating a burrito with fries. That was intense!

    Anyone else having problems getting past the 10 min? My heart started hurting a lot and I actually got scared
    Edit: one week later and I am able to almost perfectly complete the whole workout! We just need to not give up! Thank you so much for this video

But im sure im getting more stamina because now i can finish the whole workout. The first time i did i could barely do the 10 minutes, more like 8 i think, and i thought i was gonna die

      And burpees. I have wrist problems so I modified those two exercises and it was a great workout. Should not be labeled "standing" however.
