What tip did you find to be most helpful? 👀
Can you use k and set to 5500? I've used great cards for video and it always seems blue. Thanks.
Great job! Right to the point simple explanation. Thank you for posting.
No, thank you!
NYC is probably much like London in which real estate is primarily smaller apartments and condos. Knowing how to shoot small spaces emphasizing detail is very different than shooting homes, which most TH-cam how-tos deal with. This is very helpful, especially showing how it can be done without a gimbal. Thanks for doing that. Even more challenging is that many of the real estate videos are now vertical. It would be interesting to do an update with a similarly shot vertical video.
Super interesting!
Seems like a good side gig to make some money! Thanks so much for the introduction and tips.
Glad you found it useful! 🙏🏼
Awesome vid, Haris! Those tips are CLUTCH - especially HIDING your freaking camera bag.
Yes homie! You know it ❤️🙏🏼
If you live in the US average houses are much bigger than London flats. You’ll need a gimbal for sure. I like my little DJI Ronin SC. You’ll definitely need a drone to capture the exterior. I’m based out of Florida so I also like to capture any features that might be in close proximity to the property such as the beach, community clubhouse amenities like resort-style pools, gym, tennis court, golf course, shopping, parts, etc… I look at it as selling the dream of living in the house and what there is to do close by.
Yeah definitely, apartments here in London are probably the size of a room compared to a house in Florida 😂 ngl, it sounds fun that you are allowed to use a drone for real estate!
@@HVRIS I have shot houses handheld when I was doing photos for a house and wasn't expecting it to turn into a video shoot as I didn''t bring my Gimbal. This has happened a few times. one I shot a house inside and out using Iphone 12 (Using Iphone camera app only) The results were unexpectedly quite good. I shot using body movements only (No walking) @ 60 FPS and it is was quite useable and realtor loved it. I also have filmic pro vlog3 but iphone app had more dynamic range and auto white balance was perfect. I feel white balance could go bad fast so I kept n eye on it. I also have shot freehand with Canon R and R6 and I feel they work best when set to 120FPS. I find that you need to shoot at belly level to get best shots (Less ceiling when you keep verticals straight).
@@greenlightstudios3469 awesome to hear! Glad it’s working for you. Also, it’s surprising how good iPhone is for interior videos cause the stabilisation and auto white balance is really good!
very cool video - since this is about video, do you also do photography as well?
and most tips is indoors but since you talk about houses in the country side, any tips on how you shoot out doors as well?
Thank you! And yes, I do photography as well, I will need to make a video on that as well! In terms of outdoors, it’s all about conveying all the features that people would want to buy. So as long as you show it, it’s all game!
