THANKS FOR WATCHING!
I’ve been shooting real estate photography for 3 years now and I’m finally ready to do it on my own. Your videos have helped me so much!
These videos are making my real estate videos and our business so much better!!!
Always awesome information, greatly appreciated 👍
Again, another clear, great content video... one of the best channels out there!!!
Thank you so much, fab video as always!
Thank you very much Mike. This is very helpful and thorough.
Great context! Thx.
Great video! After 5 lazy years of shooting auto (ugh, I know), I’m going to try your tips w/ new a7SIII
Super helpful thank you
Great video and nice finished project!
Thanks!
good one thank you
Mike - thanks and helpful content as always. You didn't really explain much about the choice for 120fps vs 60fps or 30. I can see in the nice finished vid you are relying on slomo a lot but are those a full 4x slomo or are you typically having to speed up 120fps a bit on a 30fps timeline?
Amazing video! Thank you ! Quick question: how long does a photo and video shoot take you in a home like this one ? Or how long *should* it take?
Everyone will be different of course but within 2 hours for me for both
I love this guy, learned so much from him but... Has anyone else noticed he almost never blinks
I know right? Must be a robot 🤖😂. In all seriousness, I’m glad you have learned from the videos 😊. It’s probably because I’m concentrating very hard on what I’m saying. Talking on camera doesn’t come naturally to me and I don’t find it easy.
i actually fint the tint part really crucial. there are times I cant even find the white balance in the room because they color casting is so weird.
Hello mate
What is The better number Kelvin for white Balance in interior with daylight and without lighting lamp.
The recommended one
😢
Would you consider doing a drone shooting day?
Great video! Question, since you have to change exposure, white balance, etc per room, how do you manage when editing to keep like the same colors in all rooms? Cause even though you are manually changing settings at the end the results of colors are different based on each room. Thanks for replying!
Thanks! The reason for changing those settings from room to room is to try to keep things more consistent. The lighting scenario in each room can be very different. The rest of of the corrections are done in post making any further corrections for a consistent look.
Great video! What focal length do you use on average for the interior video shoots (excluding detailed shots)? 16mm, 24mm, 35mm? Thank you!
I use a 16-35mm lens
Mostly at 16mm
❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
How do you manually focus when you’re moving through the scene ?
What Mic are you using in this video? Sounds good
Tascam dr10-L
how do you do the transition from the outside to inside shot? looks cool
It’s a transition pack I purchased a while back
do you shoot 1080p 60 or 4k 60 crop?
WOW so you shoot all your interiors at 120 fps?
suppose I am creating video for a house and at the entrance there is a huge fancy mirror with wooden carving should I avoid that mirror in frame or should I take it how not to show the camera gimbal and myself
You definitely don’t want to be seen in the video so I would try to shoot it at an angle that I’m not seen but if that’s not possible then scrap that shot altogether.
Amazing video, but what picture profile do you use if not log ?
PP1. Not great for dynamic range necessarily but easy to manage for these types of videos.
Hi Mike, do you change all the shots to 25 FPS or something to make slowmotion? So the final video is 25?
120 fps slowed to 23.976 fps
What are your thoughts on using Shotproof for photo delivery? Do you still use pixieset?
I do use pixieset still however there are a few good options out there
@@InsideRealEstatePhotography thanks, I think I'll stick with pixieset then
Are you using any particular Picture Profile or do you have that set to off?
PP1
I’m a photographer but haven’t started filming yet. One thing I don’t understand is how things stay in focus when you’re in manual focus but moving closer to the subject!? Thanks
Wide angle lenses by nature hold focus over a pretty wide range. As long as the focus isn’t set too close or too far then most of the area will remain in focus.
@@InsideRealEstatePhotography Amazing thank you for the quick reply, and all the videos you make too they’re so informative.
What is the highest iso you can push without noise using PP1??
There’s always going to be some noise present. Everyone’s tolerance will be different. I go up to 12,800 iso without worrying much about it with this camera.
We’re you shooting in slog3? Or which picture mode were you in?
Just PP1 for this
Hello ❤ my client wanted interior photo and video and the rooms have no furniture but fixtures lights and wall panels they asked me to insert furnitures in post that can be done in images but can that be done in video. I will also be renting a lens for interior photography please suggest a lens i have 5D markiii give me 2-3 option of lenses so that it is available to rent canon lens
Hi, adding furniture into a video isn’t really possible (at least not within a reasonable budget). I don’t shoot canon but I would recommend one of the 16-35mm lenses (the L series canon lenses are usually the top choice/quality).
@@InsideRealEstatePhotography thank you :)
with which program can I make a house or apartment plan
A floor plan?
Anyone else think some clips are a little dark for RE videos?
What frame rate do you use the most? 60fps?
120fps
why is the slomo footage jittery?
Do your shoot in slog?
No, I’m not shooting in slog
You didn't say "without further ado" and then just go into an ad did you?
hey man good video but you need to focus on being as concise as possible, this video could be 10 minutes.
