To be honest I can't remember the measurements I used for this because I going by average. was just starting youtube so I wasn't used to measuring stuff but after realizing that viewers wanted to actually use the recipe I started adding measurements later on. Here's an updated version using salted fish instead of fresh fish this one has measurements you can try this one if you like or switch out the salted fish for fresh fish using the same ingredients and measurements...th-cam.com/video/RkqOS_17aMw/w-d-xo.html
You need to explain that this is usually made with salt fish, but you are using fresh fish. Its not traditionally made with fresh fish. Also you shouldn't use fresh garlic in something like this, or dishes like this because it doesn't really get to fully cook as its mixed up in the potato
I think I did mention it can be done with salt fish as well. There's no one way to do things many ways of doing it. Just do what you prefer. This is the way I like it. Thanks for watching and enjoy the rest of your day.

Kroger grocery store. You could use any kind of fish for this recipe it doesn't have to be flounder. You can also use salted fish.
