Guyanese Fish Balls

Ingredients
2 tilapia filet
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dry parsley
1/4 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tbsp oil
Air fry at 400F for 10 minutes
1 1/2 lb cassava/ yucca
1 tbsp green seasoning
2 scallion
1 tbsp Cilento
1 wiri wiri pepper
Oil for frying
1/2 cup flour
