Love me some fish cake/fritters, these look great & I'm sure they tasted delightful. P.S. Tip for water boiling over in a saucepan. Place a wooden spoon across the top of the pot diagonally, vertically whichever but once you place the "wooden" spoon on it, the water will never spill over. Try it and see, it should work.
