    Ingredients :
    Water 210 g
    Extra virgin olive oil 15 g
    Yeast 3 g
    Bread flour 250 g
    Salt 7 g

    How to cook:
    1. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, combine water, olive oil, and yeast. Mix well.
    2. Add Flour: Add bread flour and salt to the bowl. Mix well to combine. Cover the bowl and let it rest for 45 minutes.
    3. Fold & Rise:
    First Fold: Wet your hands with water and gently fold the dough onto itself, bringing the edges inward. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
    Second Fold: Repeat the folding process. Cover and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
    Third Fold: Repeat the folding process one more time. Cover and let it rest for 40 minutes.
    4. Shape & Rise: Sprinkle flour on your work surface and the dough. Gently shape the dough and divide it into 3 pieces. Place the dough pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover and let them rise for 30 minutes.
    5. Bake to Perfection: Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
    Step 1: Bake for 15 minutes at 220°C.
    Step 2: Reduce the oven temperature to 190°C (375°F) and bake for another 5 minutes.
    Step 3: Reduce the oven temperature to 170°C (340°F) and bake for 2 more minutes to add a touch of crispiness.
    6. Enjoy! Let the bread cool slightly before slicing and savoring the delicious aroma and flavor of your homemade loaf.
