Nice easy recipe ❣️ And thank you for using a glass baking dish such as this one. I don't have a dutch oven as everyone says to use, but I do have a large bowl such as this one.... Yyyyyyyyyyyaaaaaa I didn't think of using it, didn't think it would work well for bread!!
Just be aware not to place the Pyrex on a cold surface straight after the oven as they can explode on you 😮 but yes any cookware with a lid should work 👌🏻I use a lodge combo cooker they are inexpensive in the States bit pricey here in New Zealand 🇳🇿

I have made bread like this tree times now ; instead of water for my hands I use olive oil ; it gives more texture and flavour , the dish , I put it in I preheat it in the oven for 10 minutes ! Yes great receipt for quick bread 😊

My wife and I ate it with just butter salt and our chilli flakes. It was incredible. Using a glass dish & cover is genius. I have one of those -but no cast iron one like everyone is using. I tried some of your other bread recipes, which worked so well. I will give this a try!

BTW, so many recipes of bread on youtube use sugar. It is completely unnecessary. An active yeast can do a perfect job raising the bread. I have been baking for the past 12 years. So only if you really want to have sugar taste in your bread, I recommend don’t. We have sugar everywhere in our life already.

In den Mengen und Zeiten funktioniert das Rezept nicht gut . Habe es gerade zweimal nacheinander gemacht . Der Teig ist auch ein modifizierten Mengen 15 gr mehr Mehl und 15 , weniger Wasser zu klebig i d lässt sich sehr schlecht bearbeiten im Vergleich zu anderen Rezepten .

Ahoj, dívám se na Vaše recepty moc ráda z České republiky. Peču podobný chléb, jen míchám trochu celozrnné žitné mouky do bílé pšeničné a u nás je tradice dávat do chleba kmín. Také přidávám do vody trochu octa, víc to pak připomíná kváskový chléb. Peču v litinovém hrnci.Vaše videa jsou skvělá. Děkuji za to, co děláte. Je pro mne potěšení sledovat vaši práci.
