Every last one of my attempts to make bread have been an absolute fail I gave this recipe a try because I wanted to give bread making another try. This was the absolute best! I tried this recipe without letting it sit overnight and it came out pretty well considering. Next time I will definitely do the overnight method, but this time I was making soup and wanted ciabatta to go with it! Excellent recipe and instructions, as always! Thank you, Emma!
I made eight smaller ones and they turned out perfectly. I did cook them for 30 minutes and I could have cooked them a bit longer to get the perfect crunch but my smoke alarm was going off because of the parchment paper!

Oh absolutely!!! I LOVE any type of olive bread! 😍 Add the olives after the first stretch and fold and continue on with the recipe. Once you do the second and third set of stretch folds, you'll be able to incorporate them into the dough.
