Thank you for this review. I just bought and installed these on my 14 GTI Wolfsburg. There is some vibration on mine but nothing unbearable. Maybe it just takes some time to break in. But there engine movement when I accelerate pretty much disappeared. I really like these mounts so far.

Thank you so much man...I have a mk6 gti and I bought these exact mounts..my other mechanic friends said not to do it because of the vibrations are bad. Thanks man

With just the Engine/Trans mounts, there won't be any noticeable NVH. That only happens when you have an aftermarket Dogbone Mount. If you were to use 034's Dogbone Mount + Upper & Lower inserts - you would have some serious NVH. Some like it, some don't.

Came across your install video as Im about to replace both engine and transmission mounts with the same Street density mounts. I certainly appreciate your review after 2 years and look forward to installing them on my mk6 gti.
Quick question though, when using the floor jack + wood plank for support while installing the mounts, any tips on how to lineup the bolts on the mounts perfectly? Im a bit sketched out the jack will fail or Ill mess up when adjusting the height of the block trying to line up the bolts.

Hey!, thanks for your support. I really appreciate it. Motivates me keep making these videos.🙂. When lining up the mounts it was a bit challenging but I recommend a friend to help u adjust, so u can at least get 1 bolt in. This will be a lot less stressful. Plus make sure you have a decent amount of threads on both engine and chassis side.
