I run the billet upper and lower insert on my stock TTRS, I find it better and NVH increase is negligible.

For an 08 MK5 GTI, would you recommend just the lower insert or both the upper and lower insert? I see the upper mount on your site for the MK5 seems to be for the 09+, I was just wondering if the lower insert would be enough.

NVH is the measurement of how much noise, vibration, & harshness gets transmitted into the cabin of your vehicle.
