I have always loved the Schumacher (spelling) homes, this one is now one of my all time favorites. Plus there were extra areas that were not in the video, bonus room, outside dining area and 3rd garage, amazing layout though and absolutely incredible value for moneyHave a great weekend Timothy with your family!
Gorgeous home. Double wall ovens I would like them side by side. Love the pantry. Love that it has outlets to plug in some appliances. The price is outstanding, here in Massachusetts that house would go for a million +.
I usually don't like the open shelving but it seems to work in this kitchen. Also the pool is awesome, I wonder how long it is. I could definitely swim some laps.

I don't see them on the plans. My guess is that either it's a custom thing the builder did for this owner or they lead to attic space where the HVAC system is.

Two things when you quote the price, does that include walls and floors finished or just the shell. I know you have upgrades, but for the base price, walls painted, flooring. The price point and the house blew us away. Secondly, when you were in East Tennessee I forgot to mention, we have Jewelry Television and Discovery Network. If you ever decided to apply your talents somewhere, either place, I am sure would snap you up.
Wow factor for sure, Love it would love to of seen pantry area with more food sleeves and area for upright freezer just about every family as freezer, or more outlets in garages for freezer. Top five list for sure.👍👏👏👏👏

Good looking place. Always puzzled though by the lack of Coat Closets and Storage Closets in these big places. That Coat Closet by the Master would barely hold the couple's coats. You could see it was jam packed. The hooks by the garage aren't enough I'd want a Closet and that. My small 960 sq ft has that same size Coat Closet like by the Master. Seems odd that large empty area between the sectional and the Kitchen Island. Huge empty floor space as large as my Living Room and Dining area. Master Toilet Closet to narrow for my big body. Everything is big in that Master Bath and then you have to shoehorn your butt into the Toilet Closet...makes no sense. A dream home but I'd need those issues addressed before I'd drop the dime.
Just a FYI for the future, any occupied/working wine cellar like that one , you never leave the door open, you always close it to maintain the controlled room temperature, it's considered a big no no.

I like the outside. If the garage was detached (but connected by the roof) and the porch went ALL the way around the house, with a screened porch in the back it would be exactly what I’m dreaming of. (BIG dreams. Lol). What about that bonus room upstairs??? I wanted to see that. Gotta have a basement.

The pool is 52 feet long. Heated, salt water with an automatic cover. 🤩

On the second floor, when you came out of the final bedroom there were steps leading up to a third floor. What was up there?

The plans for the second floor show a bonus room. I think the stairs lead up to that
A bonus room would be perfect for the 2nd floor residents to hang out or a craft type room. I love this house. It’s a top contender for our build.
