For 21 million, the landscaping and driveway around the house should be better and pristine, but I love this. This is my dream. I am sure others will agree.
This is someone trying to cash in while the real estate market is still way overinflated, That house is not very old, this is where an investor gets a great deal on a nice piece of land, sticks some cows on the land for the tax deduction, then pays a couple million to build a nice house, then tries to flip it for 4 times more than they have in it. The housing market is starting to cool off, but the good thing for this homeowner is they can drop the price in half and still make decent money.
You'd be surprised. We sold our rural IL farm for over 20k an acre earlier this year. We wouldn't spend 20mil on a house with quartz countertops though. The house is massive but not that impressive.

Omg I would love to have 609 acres. So amazed by this. Love the home. The only thing that I would change about it is, more dark tones. Not so much of a fan of white honestly. Maybe a little white, not the whole thing. I love vintage farmhouse homes.
Very nice property! Of course I would add a few more rustic touches like for stone on the inside and strip away all the white paint on the ceilings and beams.
I've seen the dog shower washbasin only once in my life but it was situated at a much smarter place, the mud room, garage access to the home. I also like the idea of no window dressing BUT doesn't it get too hot on a sunny scorching day? it needs sunblinds at least.
That huge house and property and No POOL? NO HOT TUB? Hammock swings? too spacious and cold feeling inside the house. Basement was a disappointment. I thought itd be more like a big living room /kitchen /bedrooms and games room / theater for kids or guests..
Who’s that house has everything a family could dream of🤩, except it needs a pool area! I feel like that house would look prettier with more soft colors used on the walls and furniture though. I sure wouldn’t complain if I was a multi millionaire to afford that though!😂
It probably had more color but because they were selling it, the color was painted over so that it is easier for buyers to imagine their own furniture in the home. I would not have a pool because it's something else to take care of and it will double the price of the insurance. No thank you. I love all the land.
