Surprisingly, I lived for about six months in a rental that was near tracks, and honestly, after awhile you really don't notice the trains. Maybe because the house was far enough away from where they had to blow their horn....
Beautiful house but I can not see justifying $5m for a house with a rail line and significant road way DIRECTLY in the back yard! IMHO that’s ridiculous.
LoveLy home…I wish the ceilings were higher.. the inset cabinets are pure class. Pity about the train line. What were they thinking with those tiles in the primary ensuite shower??? I would have preferred one less bedroom and a proper huge walkin robe and the primary ensuite to be bigger…it is a bit cramped.
I tip my hat off to you Timothy, I couldn't do this. I would nick pick everything and end up giving a lot of houses negative reviews, especially this one. Please don't take this negatively, I'm praising you. Keep it up.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My most favorite parts are the bench in the living area, built-ins throughout, floating shelves throughout, and the master bathroom.❤❤❤❤❤
This would be a lovely community gathering or private event space! I would personally prefer a more intimate layout for the first-floor great room due to its proximity and view from the font door, but otherwise, this is quite the home. Thank you for sharing this. Miss you, Minnesota!
Love the window seat in the living room, and the open floor plan with the beam ceilings. Also love that the stairs are not open. The area off the garage is too big and disjointed. The view of the lake is beautiful but I would not want to live that close to a train track.
I wish the staircase was in a different location. I don't like that big window in front being blocked. I absolutely loved the sunroom and the decor throughout was beautiful.
Have you ever considered using a 360 degree camera for these kinds of tours? That way you could have two versions of a video, one like this, where you determine what's in frame (you can do that with 360 footage too), and one as a 360 camera so the viewers can look around. I think it would be very nice for a house tour to be able to look around yourself.
Things I would change? I would definitely add the metal lifetime roof that looks like shingles! I would definitely add a large fresh air exchanger bringing filtered fresh air into the home! Basement would definitely be a game room bar and gym! One closed off room for food storage and can goods and first aid and emergency supplies!
I love everything about this home except the room chandeliers. First time that has ever happened. I love all the windows in this house. Basically, I’m a cave-dweller and don’t like walls of windows. But this house is designed to be next to the neighboring houses without looking into their windows. Light, bright, with lots of privacy. This is a keeper!
I've been meaning to bring this up to yo for awhile now: The square feet in a garage is NOT part of the square feet of the house, which is what you infer by saying, "all that sits inside". You know what I mean?
I realize there are architects who don’t want their designs shown, but it really takes away from the tour for me if I can’t see the floor plan so I can better visualize the interrelatedness of the spaces during the walk-thru. Always enjoy your tours, tho.
How is that trail track so close even legal, not even a fence or barrier. If there was a derailment it’s going into the house. Hopefully not spilling anything g toxic. It’s going to shake everything lose in that house. No way I’d buy it.
Love this channel and for the most part, the houses are always lovely. Not necessarily all to my taste, but lovely nonetheless. However, I always mute the start of the videos when he enters the foyer as it hurts my ears a little the way (some) Americans pronounce foyer! 😂
Hi! Do you happen to know the name of the stacked stone that’s on the exterior? We’re about to start a new construction on a lake and it’ll have some stacked stone as well. I love the color of these.
This home is very beautiful. For me the open concept layout is a bit much. I need some walls. There’s more windows than walls. Seems to me that all of that glass and less structural walls to the outside makes the home seem less structurally sound. Especially being so close to the railroad tracks. Not to mention bad weather that may occur. I’m no expert but I see this with so many new houses. Just my personal take on things.😊
It's nice but I don't know about the craft room being a part of the mud room. I craft and the last thing I would want in my craft room is everyone's coats and boots, plus having people coming and going to the garage. I am also not a fan of the wrought iron bannister, I would replace that with wood to warm the place up.
TIMOTHY?? YOU OUTDID YOURSELF ONCE AGAIN!! LIKE THE WAY THAT THIS HOUSE IS LOOKING!! LARGE AND IN CHARGE!! BIG SPACIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL!! JUST KEEP BRINGING THEM ON!! THANK YOU!!
Almost $5M. For that money, I think I’d pick a different location. Nice house though. Edit…. Didn’t realize it’s on Lake Minnetonka, where I could purify myself on the daily.
Please include the floor plan in the beginning of the video or I don't watch the video. You do include it in some videos, but not all. Otherwise, good content! Thanks!
Could you please slow down. When you go to fast you do not show everything. Especially frontal views of the sink area the stove area and the vanities in the master bathroom. Sorry. RuthB🎉
Same here, I believe the Bitcoin ETFs approval will be life changing opportunity for us, with my current portfolio of $108,000 from my investments with my personal financial advisor i totally agree with you
YES!!! That's exactly his name (Mauricio ceballos ) so many people have recommended highly about her and am just starting with him, Kairangi from Brisbane Australia....🇦🇺
He is my family' personal Broker and also a personal Broker to many families in the United states, she is a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in the United States.🇺🇸
Love this Home!! Not so sure about the train tracks 50 feet from the back porch.. You got to take off 500k at least for that alone..
I agree with the tracks being a significant problem. Also, the master bedroom seemed very small.
Very small for what? Sword fighting?
@@virtueofhate1778💀
I’ll say it for all of us… Take this BEAUTIFUL home and place it on a 5 acre lot… only then it is anywhere near worth 4+ Million dollars!
I agree and not on top of the neighbors! Or RR Tracks
Railroad track in the backyard is a deal breaker ....
I was just going to ask "are those railroad tracks behind?" LOL
Surprisingly, I lived for about six months in a rental that was near tracks, and honestly, after awhile you really don't notice the trains. Maybe because the house was far enough away from where they had to blow their horn....
@erinm9568 I've been in neighborhoods where the trains actually vibrate the building. Personally I would never get use to the noise.
Beautiful house but I can not see justifying $5m for a house with a rail line and significant road way DIRECTLY in the back yard! IMHO that’s ridiculous.
100% Paying for the “water view”. Yea, the water view AFTER the rail and the highway 😅
I came to say the exact same thing. No way!!!!
Okay then don’t buy it? Lol
Same. IMO,$2- $2.5 max for this.
@@idontwanna1316 It's not a highway, it's a residential street.
Wow - $900/sqft is crazy for this place. I was assuming it was due to location, but railroad running through the back yard is not prime location.
What would I change? The LOCATION. Find a lake view location away from railroad tracks!!! What a bummer!! A real bummer!!
LoveLy home…I wish the ceilings were higher.. the inset cabinets are pure class. Pity about the train line. What were they thinking with those tiles in the primary ensuite shower??? Very nice house! I love everything about it! I am loving the lighter woods being used now! Thanks Timothy!

I like it! Now I can put my pocket change on my dresser to good use! Can't be afraid to spend that extra change laying around!
Nice house but at $4+ million and railroad tracks in the backyard seems really high.
Love the window seat in the living room, and the open floor plan with the beam ceilings. Also love that the stairs are not open. The area off the garage is too big and disjointed. The view of the lake is beautiful but I would not want to live that close to a train track.
When I saw the train tracks I laughed hysterically 😂
I wish the staircase was in a different location. I don't like that big window in front being blocked. I absolutely loved the sunroom and the decor throughout was beautiful.

I love this Home and yes I would love to have this house for me and my family.
Love those traditional with a twist homes! This one is absolutely beautiful! My choice when I win the lottery! Lol
I love everything about this home except the room chandeliers. First time that has ever happened. I love all the windows in this house. Basically, I’m a cave-dweller and don’t like walls of windows. My favourite house thus far minus the railroad tracks. Love it❤
You make it fun viewing these homes 😂
"you must purify yourself in the waters of Lake Minnetonka" love it. (sorry had to say it)
Same😂
Great mud room ❤ lovely home
I would turn that wine room into secret room❤
Would prefer direct access to the lake if I was paying that much money
That yard/lot is absolute garbage. Literally a train 10 feet behind your property.
That driveway a step from the front porch also is not appealing.
How is that trail track so close even legal, not even a fence or barrier. If there was a derailment it’s going into the house. Hopefully not spilling anything g toxic. It’s going to shake everything lose in that house. No way I’d buy it.
Great House, Very Strong Quality, Attention to Design and Light! Not much to see bad.
Love this house and all the windows, gorgeous. Except the RR tracks and I hate wallpaper! Why are builders doing that?? Too much trouble to change.
Love this channel and for the most part, the houses are always lovely. Not necessarily all to my taste, but lovely nonetheless. However, I always mute the start of the videos when he enters the foyer as it hurts my ears a little the way (some) Americans pronounce foyer! 😂

Wine room is a waste of space, for me anyway. The golf room too. Not a practical home for us. But I'm sure others would love it.
Many homes on Lake Minnetonka are expensive and large. Even though this one isn't right on the lake.
Beautiful! But sadly nobody will want to buy because of the railroad tracks in the backyard!
Nice home but when the kids go out back to play hockey or football they gotta yell CAR ! And .....TRAIN !!!
Lovely home
Looks fantastic, Are there any floor plans for this home?
Game, blouses! SKOL! Great area, how long are you in the Twin Cities?
😂 if you know you know
Beautiful home, but the bedrooms are a bit tight.
The layouts nice just would like it more if all the rooms were bigger more sqare footage
Fanny from New York, beautiful home, the sun room gorgeous, the views to die for bedrooms the right size.
That was a cork installing tool not a bottle opener
Wouldnt the second secondary bedroom actually be the thirdary bedroom?
Biggest mudroom ever!!! Dump the golf area and bar, then make room for a pool table and ping pong table .

I know it's beyond your scope to show building details, but I wonder if all the exterior windows in a place like Minnesota are triple glazed ?
Too close to the train tracks
It's nice but I don't know about the craft room being a part of the mud room. Nice!!!
May someone tell me do people not put curtains on windows? Especially night time, creeps can look inside your home.
Only way I would keep the tracks is if I could have my own track car and engine on it... LOL
Girl on the Train vibes from the back view.
I thought you would have shown the operation of the elevator.
TIMOTHY?? YOU OUTDID YOURSELF ONCE AGAIN!! LIKE THE WAY THAT THIS HOUSE IS LOOKING!! LARGE AND IN CHARGE!! BIG SPACIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL!! JUST KEEP BRINGING THEM ON!! THANK YOU!!
Yep didn't like the train tracts and for $4M a fireplace in the owners suite would have been nice.
Almost $5M. For that money, I think I’d pick a different location. Nice house though. Edit…. Didn’t realize it’s on Lake Minnetonka, where I could purify myself on the daily.

Like the front door and has some good things but mostly too modern and too many windows.
Should always spin around trying to figure out how you reverse cars out of garages you need to show us the whole driveway area please on all the homes
Nice home, not loving the railroad track. Noise and pollution coming off of that sucker.
Could you please slow down. When you go to fast you do not show everything. Especially frontal views of the sink area the stove area and the vanities in the master bathroom. Sorry. RuthB🎉
Beautiful home but to many windows.
Railroads ship all types of chemicals, tell them $100K then maybe we can talk😎😎😎😎
Not really a fan of this one.
Train tracks 50 feet away! Why would anyone pay millions for any house with that! Deal breaker!
Purify yourself....in the waters of Lake Minnetonka.
I'm favored financially with Bitcoin ETFs approval,
Thank you buddy. $32,000 weekly profit regardless of how bad it gets on the economy.

people are ignorant of profitability in bitcoin investment and that has been the major issues limiting their investment

This sounds so good and I would like to be a party to this, is there any way I can speak with him?
