Timothy, this can't be a farmhouse!! It has to be something else!! This is too much!! This house 🏠🏡, has all kinds of features and designs!! The size is phenomenal!! All of the rooms are huge and very versatile!! It's like a maze!! From the Upstairs to the Downstairs, it's just fabulous!! The Basement is really large!! And the Exterior is completely stunning!! Thank you for everything that you bring to us!!
Such a beautiful home. Love the butlers pantry! When you were in the upstairs portion of the closet, I imagined French doors opening to a moderate sized private outdoor balcony with a bistro table set and a chaise for sunbathing. Maybe a hot tub?🤔
I love a lot of the features in this home! I don't care for the huge foot print but those simple slab cabinet doors, pull outs and built in hampers.... YES!
This one is named Charleston III - traditional farmhouse. It seems to be more modern, imo. That said, I love the layout of this home. Summer kitchen/ butler pantry, over large laundry room and that primary bedroom closet are just Wow. The only thing I would change on those features is to put a large mirror on the top floor part of the closet as well as on the main floor.
Holy stunning house batman! Every corner is perfect! I would turn the 2nd story of the closet into a cosy reading room, maybe add a balcony with some french doors. The basement is huge! Youmcould fit a whole new house down there!
Only thing that would make this one better would be an elevator from the closet to the upper closet, then one down into the basement that's finished with a massive entertainment area and several more bedrooms or something, including a storm shelter area and gun safe or safe room maybe. Then, build on my land and the keys handed to me and paid for...lol. GORGEOUS home. So many rooms, those high ceilings make it look even more massive. Whew. No wonder you were excited. I imagine there were a few points your mouth stood open and you just found yourself speechless. I know I would have been. More gasps with each turn. Thanks for the tour. Now I know the home I will dream about tonight as I sleep...lol. Take care.
Absolutely breathtaking! I want this house. It is beautiful. 2 kitchens oh my! (My favorite part actually). I would make some minor adjustments but I would most definitely want this house. I already know how I would decorate and everything.
I really don't see how this could be considered traditional farmhouse, because it screams "modern", and that's exactly why I love it. The amount of black in this house with the cabinets and accents and decor, along with the lighter colored wood, makes this perfect for me. And don't even get me started on the 2 story closet. Lol This has become my 2nd favorite house you've shown - 2nd only to the Carolina by Infinity that was in Cranberry Twp PA
Tim toured the Schumacher design center now open in Knoxville. Have a few big houses going up. Dropped your name there, and at the log cabin home place, you toured a while back in West Knoxville.
OMG....I absolutely really love the layout of this place! My favorite parts are the floating shelf in the living area, built-ins, patio, and especially the 2 story WICs.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Love the floor plan. Nothing better than a really big ranch with a full basement. Would be fun to design a finished basement using ALL the square feet. This FP might work better with a prairie exterior elevation . Love all your vids.
I am in love with this house. I normally don't leave comments on the houses that I view on your channel. I had to on this one and was wondering what is the asking price for this house?
I like this one. Not crazy about the looks of the front big white columns, looks cheap to me. Make them more like the wood corner columns and make the Gable wood timbers. The wine area off the Foyer, I'd have the missing Guest Coat Closet put there. The rest of the room could be an Office or a Guest Sitting area as they put on their slippers after hanging up their coats. I'd like doors into that Den area. It would be my Media Room with a BIG screen in it. I'd have a TV in the Great Room for guests but I'd spend my time in the Media Room. The Master is great. For an older couple or older single the upper closet is odd. They call it an "option" so I'd like to see the plans without that "option". The Garages need to be deeper, just bring them forward. Also make the single bay wider. Some after thoughts: With the Basement for potential Bedrooms the first floor could be cut back to 2 Bedrooms...the Master and the front Bedroom with its own ensuite. Delete the other two Bedrooms and their Bathroom. The entry into the Guest Bedroom could then be off the Foyer. The place were the closet is for that room would be a Walk In with that old entrance removed. The room I'd have as my Media Room I'd make larger by expanding it out where part of the covered patio now is. I'd like this on a sloped lot to have a Walk Out deep Basement...then an elevated Deck outside the Dining Room and Great Room. Somebody wants more Bedrooms then they could go to the very nice high ceiling Basement level.
This home is next to the freeway. No stinking I would buy it. It's just not the noise, it's the dust that's always in the air, making it very difficult to keep clean inside and out.
Love alot of aspects of this home especially the upstairs closet my question is can some of what this home has to offer can it be built in another one of there home's, that would be cool...Can this builder do homes in other states...
Not a fan myself I prefer vaulted ceiling, a large enters way. Double doors, fireplace in master with a sitting area, I look over the actual interior design that can be changed. I prefer light neutral colors and not a fan of those ceilings at all. The wine tasting area would have go that looks silly their. Room size is decent. Not the actual lay out I would be looking for. But the exterior is very pretty.
I view the homes you tour as if I was looking to buy. Again, the excessive use of black turns a good-looking house into a cold, uninviting place suited for those into goth. I don't celebrate Halloween. The two-story closet is a bit much. I would want a lower ceiling. The size of the basement gives you room to do many things. Redecorate with colors that give a warm & inviting feel and the house would be fine.
See, it’s all perspective, I love this floor plan, I think it’s gorgeous, and I adore the black sprinkled throughout! I would love to buy or build this home❤️and I would use the basement as a home gym!
Omg, that closet 😍 😍😍😍 It's literally how I'm manifesting my future closet to be, I have entirely to many clothes(full blown wardrobe!) And LOVE to shop to not have an up and down closet lol. Always wanted one and that is the goal
Had much more written but just before my finishing comment the phone's power reached 15% and dimmed down wanting the charger plugged in and when the charger cord plugged in the video reset and wiped out My unfinished longer comment. Too bad modern technology is so bad.
With that space they coulda gave each bedroom its own bath. And the part that really don’t make sense is a single oven. Really? Shoulda had a full size range and oven and then another over in the wall like it was. Or back in the pantry they could have put the microwave or a second over. Def expect that now in these fancier larger homes

It isn't a farmhouse, it's just a house that is white with black trim
You could put a bowling lane in that basement space!
I truly wish that Jack and Jill bathroom had a true water closet separate from the tub/shower.
@JOA_Trades_that’s what I was thinking.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!
We love this house!!! And schumacher homes. The closets !!! Spectacular
THIS IS ONE MORE BEAUTIFUL HOME WOULD HAVE LOVED TO SEE THE BASEMENT FINISHED BUT LOVE IT!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
I want this house!!!!!❤❤❤❤
I need this house in my life 😊😊🥰🥰. It's fabulous and the decor, wow!!! Thanks, Timothy.
I love All their homes, they really make beautiful homes. Two story closet is fantastic. I love everything in this home.
Wow this is an insane house. Love it.

You always know when Tim’s excited about a home, he stumbles on his words a little because he’s looking and thinking ahead lol, love this one Tim ❤
I love the Schumaker homes. I wish they built in Michigan!
This is absolutely gorgeous!
Spectacular 😮whoa

Nice with a few adjustments... favorite builders
First secondary bedroom same size as My Master bedroom in my has I had.
Tim this house 🏠 is beautiful thanks for showing

Loving those high ceilings! It really does make a house feel so nice and spacious (not that this home needed the extra help! 😂)
Absolutely breathtaking! I want this house. It is beautiful. 2 kitchens oh my! (My favorite part actually). I would make some minor adjustments but I would most definitely want this house. I already know how I would decorate and everything.
This farmhouse is awesome. Just what I'm looking for. Hopefully they build this model in Columbia SC. Timothy Thanks for sharing!
*absolutely magnificent* 🔅🔆🔅🔆🔅🔆🔅
Amazing home i love the two story closet
Best regards Anja
That is a gorgeous house!! That master closet is everyone's dream
This home is truly outstanding 👍
Beautiful tour!
This closet is ❤❤❤
I love it.!!!🎉❤🎉❤😊
LOVE IT !!!
WOW! what a beautiful house you're touring. I love those floors, what's the name of the floors?
Love this home.
Great review! Beautiful home!! Can you find and do a video on the Schumacher “Anderson” floor plan?
Love the master bedroom.

Shopping that closet is like shopping at Macy's

Love this home. Of course you would personalize it if want less modern.

Lovely modern house. Very good layout. I didn’t like the two-story wardrobe, but everything else looks very comfortable and modern.
I am in love with this house. I normally don't leave comments on the houses that I view on your channel. I had to on this one and was wondering what is the asking price for this house?
The kitchen 🖤 I guess this channel knows by now I am a kitchen kinda gal 🤣
I like this one.

I'll take this
Are these built homes or modulars ?
This home is next to the freeway. No stinking I would buy it. It's just not the noise, it's the dust that's always in the air, making it very difficult to keep clean inside and out.

Very nice
Nice home, but the wine bottle display has got to go. They're just gaudy. To me.
Luv it ❤
🔥🔥🔥
This is beyond incredible. I'd build this home or buy it if I could. How much is it?
Please show a little more of the exterior details. Just as important as the interior to me and probably many others.
While I loved the two story closet, I don’t have enough clothes to fill the bottom portion. I’d end up using it as something else. Lol.
The second story closet could have been another bedroom. Wow! Who would be able to fill it all? I know, don't ask?!? LOL!
Seriously, where did they find that bunkbed?
Not a fan myself I prefer vaulted ceiling, a large enters way. Double doors, fireplace in master with a sitting area, I look over the actual interior design that can be changed. At 0:59 the first floor plan doesn't show a door to the owner's suite. Now I need to watch just to see how Tim gets in there 😂
You should give up jack and jill. This is effecting value of hauses.
Why would you put bushes in front of your garage doors
The inside is quite nice but I've seen trailers with better curb appeal.
It looks like my 5yo niece built a house in Sims
Camera angle makes it look larger than it is
nah its pretty big, the ceilings make it seem larger
Omg, that closet 😍 😍😍😍 It's literally how I'm manifesting my future closet to be, I have entirely to many clothes(full blown wardrobe!) And LOVE to shop to not have an up and down closet lol. Always wanted one and that is the goal
Garages belong on the side of the house, not front.
Maybe but the garage doors on the front make it much less appealing and farm like
Too modern for my tastes, but it’s nice!
A bit... too dramatic of presentation.
Dump the Jack and Jill bathrooms. Children don’t like them. And guests need privacy.
Too modern for me.
Had much more written but just before my finishing comment the phone's power reached 15% and dimmed down wanting the charger plugged in and when the charger cord plugged in the video reset and wiped out My unfinished longer comment. Too bad modern technology is so bad.
THIS HOME IS A MODERN RANCH STYLE HOME. not a farmhouse.
With that space they coulda gave each bedroom its own bath.
