I love the lighter color ceilings. It brightens everything up. And I'm so happy to see the return of the laundry room sink..everything is so cohesive, and absolutely beautiful!
So many points in this house that were exceptionally well thought out with great attention to detail. Being more the outdoors type person I have to say I loved the back porch the most. The concrete stamped to look like wood is nothing new to see but doing the overhang to look like beams was such a beautiful touch! What a stunning home
A beautiful home. One thing I think of as a flaw is the laundry fixtures right by an entrance door. Here they are right by the door to the garage. One could be standing there doing laundry as another is wanting to enter or exit at that door and you'd have to be sure to not leave a basket or whatever in the pathway. A pinch zone. Move the fixtures away from that passage point. Love that garage, I see so many way undersized. I love the individual bay doors too. A friend has a premium full size pick-up that with accesories is 23 feet long. Poorly designed places have 19 foot or 20 foot deep garages. You all do it right. I don't have the money but if I did I'd want a single floor and a basement. I'd love to have a residential elevator for basement access as well as stairs. I have aged in place, joints don't do stairs well.
Thanks for your comments! The laundry idea is interesting. That’s a pretty good idea but we really like what they ultimately did because it prevents visitors from seeing the washer and dryer when they enter into the space from the mudroom door which comes from the parking area. This home is full of so many good ideas. I’m glad you liked it.

I like this one because it probably was a family who were building their dream home but still kept a budget in mind, compared to a few of the others where no expense was spared! It's a great space, on great property, and still doesn't give the vibe of throwing money everywhere based on the choices they made throughout the home.

Beautiful home! I love the details that GoldenEagle puts into each space. Does GoldenEagle offer hardscaping services as well or is that something the owner needs to research separately? Seems the hardscaping here is matched perfectly to complement the home.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place, but there is no tub or bathtubs in any of the bathrooms. I would want a tub, at least in the master bathroom. My favorite parts, however, are the floating shelves in the kitchen with the stones behind it & the fireplace. I would love to have a log home someday, especially like this one.❤❤❤👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟
I wish y'all were in N E Georgia. I Loved most of the house besides the distressed wood, and I wouldn't want the loft, inside just high ceilings. I also would want a solid door in the basement going outside. I love the generator also, and the heated floors.

Beautiful home. I hope one day they upgrade to Marble countertops. That would of really set them off. I would made the mud room bench a slightly thicker cut. I like to day dream of my touches. One day Golden eagle, one day!

Very good question, @brendahenderson683 It is not a model, yet we have the model floor plan on our website which is very similar. We do not provide furniture. The homeowners make those selections, along with appliances. All of our homes are custom build. If this is perfect, then we don't need to change a thing, but every client changes something. You have do a completely custom brand new design or modify a model.

This is a customers home that we helped design and then build. The customers handle the furnishings and this home is not for sale but we can build one for you.
For the most part this is a nice home. 2 issues I have are is the master bedroom being right off the living room. If you have people in the house there is not a lot of privacy to the master bedroom. There needs to be a hallway to provide privacy so you don’t see right into the master. Next is only one light in the laundry room. As you get order you want a lot of light.

omg, those casings are 2x6 wide. Regular home builders use mostly 2x4 for framing the whole house. And these guys are using actual wood not MDF for casing and that too 2x6. That 1 door trim itself would have cost somewhere around $500-$700 both side included. Yarrow Craftman doors with shaker style in wood looks damn awesome. ♥️ Baldwin Door locks are crazy expensive. That Entry grip set must have cost $300.
This home is perfect. I would not change a thing. I love every single thing about it.

omg, those casings are 2x6 wide. Regular home builders use mostly 2x4 for framing the whole house. And these guys are using actual wood not MDF for casing and that too 2x6. That 1 door trim itself would have cost somewhere around $500-$700 both side included.

Baldwin Door locks are crazy expensive. That Entry grip set must have cost $300.
