    Thank you for this video. I work specifically with seniors and it can be very challenging to work the hip extensors due to the fact that they can't/won't get on the floor for hip bridges, clam shells, etc. Your demo provided me with a very viable and safe alternative to engaging their dormant glutes. I have enjoyed MANY of your videos. Thank you for sharing your expertise!

    Really enjoyed this video. I had discomfort in my right low back but doing this on the opposite side (right foot forward rotation to left) helped so much! I could really feel the entire line from my shoulder, oblique, foot. So awesome!!!
