      Hi m deep, 30 from India, 2 months ago I got a stretch in my hip joint area during barbell squatt exercise while sitting downwards since then m having pain in my hip joint n near by areas the pain keeps changing its places from hip to thighs
      I took MRI and XRay both shows normal no serious issue is found but my pain is same so please help me to get over this I want to prepare for bodybuilding championship

    I had dealt with chronic hip pain at night in the past 20 years with no ideas of the true reason. I am so glad I discovered this video. It worked the very first time (last night) after I practiced the exercises. It is an awesome feeling to sleep throughout the night without waking up with pains. Thank you, thank you🙏!

    The wall sits are amazing! I'm frustrated by weakness in my thighs but was scared away from classic squats because it always felt like I was going to fall. This is way better!

    I've been doing these stretches and exercises for a few nights now and I can't believe rhe difference it has made. I go to bed and am miserable with hip pain. Doing this the past few nights, has made me so much more comfortable and I've actually gotten great sleep without pain! Ill be doing this every night from now on. Thank you so much!😁

      I have a problem walking also! Is your issue like a pinch in the hip socket? Sometimes mine hurts so bad when I try to walk up steps I have to take them one at a time and not put any weight on that side. 😩

    I discovered that my mattress was too firm. When I got a less firm mattress it is actually more supportive because my body touches everywhere yet there are no pressure spots.

      Hmmm...going to try that..I find myself getting up thru the night to go to different bed. The mattress are the same, but I get relief and better sleep because I can stretch out more and not hear my husband snore😅

    As a kid my Dr told me to do the wall squats to help my Osgood Schlatter. Whenever my knees bother me this works. It’s nice to know it’s good for hips too!

    I really enjoy your videos and the instruction is great however when I compare it with a calm yoga course, I ask myself if the physical demonstration requires as many verbal and if I am being spoken at a lot such as 2198 words is used in eleven minutes film, equal to 200 words per minute or 3 words per second. I'm not sure if things should stay the exact same and if cutting down on speech would negatively affect the demonstration's quality. The rest is excellent and thank you very much for your wonderful works.

    Hello @DrRowe..Thank you so much for the wonderful videos..i am 43 and actually i walk almost 20k steps total per day..o have no pain in legs or elsewhere...the only thing that bothers me is sharp pain in my tailbone/lower hip/coccyx area especially when i sit on hard surfaces...i am doing the stretching too recommended by you in few of the videos...which have helped immensely ...so thanks once again...lately i have come to know that vitamin b12 deficiency can also cause peripheral neuropathy...i had labs done almost a year back which showed that i was b12 and vit D deficient.. i ignored it then...but as of now...i have started taking these 2 vitamins regularly and to my surprise...my pain is subsiding..but now i am confused as to whether vit deficiency is the main reason or something else??? So, when at lesisure...will you please answer my query...rest just keep up with your wonderful work😇 ...and stay blessed 🙌always ..❤ from 🇮🇳India

    First time I attempted exercise (even though I’m not sure I did it right) I got relief. Just one exercise. Walking has been extremely painful for over a month. I walked for the first time without a cane or walker.

    These wall squats are more challenging to do, I find, than traditional bodyweight squats. Much more!

    I have lipeoedema and fluid around my knees make being on my knees impossible and excruciating but I'll do those that don't have me on my knees
