    Someone sent me this link to help with my PF because weak ankles and contribute. I felt immediate relief for the moment. Noticed you said to do them every few hrs which I was planning to do.

    These exercises are great. I do have a suggestion, the writings are covering up the feet and make it a little difficult to see the actual exercise. Raising the writings would really help. Thank you

    Hi i have a question what do you think about doing these and getting more mobility in case of a healty person lets say normal ROM this wil then in my opinion create les stability right? So then you whould need to train extra stability right?

      People often confuse the term mobility with stretching. These exercises are intended to be done in your normal ranges of motion which should enhance motor control - not create instability. So, from our perspective they are great for healthy feet and ankles. Also, we often will use bands or other tools to make them more challenging by adding load so if you are concerned about increasing mobility too much, this might be an approach to consider.
