  • For our third podcast we decided to take the rather dangerous decision to make it all about the art of rowing! Can we get from beginning to end without wanting to kill each other? You're going to have to watch to find out!
How do you and your partner row? Are you as short fused as us two or can you actually sit down and talk things through properly? Let us know in the comments!

It doesn't get more realistic than this does it. It's great, in a world where everything is so calculated and repackaged to look perfect, listening to you two is just refreshing and insightful.

You two are fantastic!! So warm and funny and candid and authentic. Don't change, this is good work, you are saying what every couple is thinking. Above all you're showing us that marriage is lovely, complicated, annoying, messy, at times funny, at times very frustrating. Keep going, Im so enjoying these podcasts!

These podcasts are absolutely amazing and so real! This is exactly the sort of thing people need to hear and it saves alot of money as you are essentially a couple counselling others! Really helped me with my own relationship. Thank you for sharing this with us Mark and Nadia!

My parents never rowed ,and i asked my mum some years ago had it always been that way? She answered yes and told me it was due to HER parents rowing so much that she vowed never to be like that.It helped that my dad was extremely placid (he calmed her down ,and she brought him out of his shell ,which i thought was lovely)..For myself and my late husband we never rowed.Yes ,there were times when we disagreed about things ,but because he had such a serious heart condition ,i always wanted his life to be happy and tranquil.I think you`re both amazing ,and ,despite your ups and downs ,are perfect for each other. Thankyou for being so open and honest and sharing these moments with us all.xx

I genuinely hardly row with my boyfriend and equally I don't think we hold secret resentment for one another. I think we are just relatively easygoing people who are highly non-confrountational, and the fact we met so young we probably have almost grown up together. That being said, we certainly don't have a perfect relationship, we have had our difficulties, I've had depression e.t.c. Working at a relationship is never like the first days when you are together even though what you have later on is a lot more special and based off of trust and deep affection rather than excitement. I think one's personality type really informes how you act within a relationship. I'm an idealist and therefore even though I love my partner to bits I fall in love we people I see on the tube, I'm such a hopeless romantic.. One thing I envy about your relationship is that you guys seem to really connect on an emotional level, I think most couples would find it difficult to talk so deeply of their feelings towards one another and analyse their relationship and I think that is really special.
