I always get the waterfront house early in the game. It's just a shack but has a bed and a chest with unlimited capacity. It's only $2,000. Sorry if you already know all of that lol

@ yes, in the imperial city waterfront district. You have to go to the imperial office of commerce I think it's called in the marketplace and you can buy it there
