The fight against the gobelin was tight haha well played! And i have looked it up for your willpower and here is what i found, It sounds like damage from a willy-wisp attack or dremora weapon. You will need restore willpower potions or eat ingredients (primrose I think). If you are wearing anything with absorb spell on it that could have absorbed the shrine magic.
