I’m over 40 and never believed that I could get rid of my stubborn belly fat but I am her today to say it can be done with this! When I started following you at a BMI of 35 I was convinced I could never ever do your workouts properly, not even the beginner ones. But here we are 1 and a half year later, I kept doing, I kept pushing myself, I kept following and now I'm having the so desired 6pack. So what I'm trying to say, THANK YOU, YOU ARE THE BEST 😘

As a 30 year old 185 lbs man I may not be your target demographic, but I have been following your workouts on my core day for almost 3 months now and can’t recommend these highly enough to anyone is tired of the same old unimaginative ab workouts routinely presented to men. I’m convinced that this workout completely healed my core postpartum the first time and now I’m back at it second time. Highly recommend for moms who need pelvic floor exercises to strengthen their core.
Absolutely love the timing of the sets (each set 2 times), almost no breaks so you don't lose your momentum, enough different sets so that you don't get bored...thank you maddie!!

I started this workout several months ago and have done it a few times a week since (among other things.) When I started, I literally never thought I'd ever be able to get through it fully. After months of work, not only can I do this easily, but I'm starting to look like you, too! With your workouts (and weight watchers,) lost abt 20 lbs and went from 27% body fat to now 21% at 116lbs and a BMI score of 20, and my lean muscle has increased too! Thank you, your channel is so so helpful
This was all of the most intense exercises rolled in to one workout! I managed to do all of them thanks to your other videos which I've been practicing now for well over a year!
I love the type of workout that has many short sets instead of two long ones. It keeps it interesting and I don't lose motivation. This one was amazing! ❤️❤️
Haven't done abs in awhile. Did this workout a week ago and didn't feel like it was very challenging. Two days later it hurt so bad if I needed to cough or lay down. Yes, I'm a bit foolhardy. After a week off, I'm back for more. Super workout. 😁

I love Madfit because it’s very effective and we can do it with no equipment mostly within 10-15mins! That’s why I was able to commit myself to do it giving up my 15mins 6 days a week😆I can see my “Boba belly” is getting tightening up little by little!! Also she uses nice music without cussing. Very professional and motivating. I think she started using microphone around this time so I can hear her well and comfortably without echoing. It’s a big difference. Thank you, Maddie for being kind yet motivational!!

day 1: ✅ done!! the first half kicked my butt, the second half was super hard but i managed. i don’t think i did the last set very well, but i’ll try again tomorrow. the workout made me feel super good after!! definitely one of my fav ab workouts. day 2: ✅forgot to update lol. was super super sore during the first half, it definitely was harder than yesterday. i did the last set way better today, and i did a HIIT workout for the first time day 3: ❌took a break bc i was super super tired, i think i’ll do it twice tmw day 4: ✅did it, along with a HIIT workout! day 5: ✅ alright, so i read that if you want the best results, you should be waiting a day between each ab workout to give the abs time to recover. so i’m gonna do that!! i’ll be doing HIIT workouts on the days off though so i can still get exercise. so just did a HIIT workout today!

I LOVE this workout! I'm so thankful that workouts like these can be easily done anywhere, traveling or at home. One little thing I noticed that there are several "we'll just..." do this or that workout. It sounds like a filler word, but maybe finding another catchphrase might be more helpful for those of us who have our abs burning. Overall I really like your instructions! They are clear, easy to follow, and provide a wonderful workout.

MADDIE - I just wanted to thank you so much. I'm planning to do this video in the mornings every day (except the weekends lol) for a few months and I've been doing it for 3 days and am already seeing some progress. I haven't quite lost any weight yet, and there aren't any visible results BUT what I CAN say is that the first day this workout was a nightmare--super hard, I missed half the exercises figuring out my form or just catching my breath and was extremely sore after. The second day, it was hard to do the exercises with the soreness but I did them anyway since I made a promise to myself. This day felt longer and I was honestly exhausted and ended up more sore after that day. HOWEVER, today I woke up and didn't feel too sore, and did this workout and I'm happy to say I did all the exercises with ease as if my body was finally getting used to it (cuz I rarely do exercise lol). If I stay consistent I know I'll be able to see results eventually. Never stop making videos! WE APPRECIATE YOUR CONTENT AND YOU SO MUCH! Lots of love!

Well dang. Apparently I'm in decent shape. I assumed I'd have to stop halfway through, but I just kept telling myself, "This one isn't bad, you can do this one before you quit." And that got me through the entire workout.
It's my first day doing this workout and I'm shaking. I was doing another Madfit workout for the last two months and I thought my body was already used to workout. I could fill my breath rattling as I working out. I'm excited for this one!

Make sure also to eat a LOT of protein and fiber to help build your muscles!! Otherwise your body will eat your muscle for energy 😅

I think this format of the quick 4 exercises then repeat with minimal or no rest is great. The time flies by and I feel the impact on my abs.

Well dang. Apparently I'm in decent shape. I assumed I'd have to stop halfway through, but I just kept telling myself, "This one isn't bad, you can do this one before you quit." And that got me through the entire workout.
That was KILLER. I couldn’t even feel my abs after the first set
It's my first day doing this workout and I'm shaking. I was doing another Madfit workout for the last two months and I thought my body was already used to workout. I could fill my breath rattling as I working out. I'm excited for this one!
