    I've been doing this routine everyday for the past week and it is getting easier and my abs are starting to show! so I would rate this 10/10. Edit: Wow thank you for so many likes, most of the concerns have been cleared up in replies

      Suga is my Husband haha yes, I got abs from this after doing it everyday for about 3 weeks. And I also play tennis, so that might have helped ( but not too much) and no specific diet at all

      @@hadeelsa8153 Yes, I am well aware of that and agree that muscles need rest. But since I do tennis that comes with an hour of a workout, I always end up doing different workouts and the core workout is just extra.

      I mean, that’s usually due to a lack of strength in the lower abs so you use your hip flexors to compensate. So really think about using your lower abs even if you have to slow down and take breaks.

    I love that she speaks to us AS she is working out, compared to a lot of fitness content creators who do voiceovers. I feel like this is more authentic, and it keeps me motivated when I know she is feeling the burn too 😩💪

    This workout is really something. This is my second day doing it and I have to take 20 second breaks after every 2 exercises. I am going to stick to it and hopefully it would become easier.
    UPDATE: So I have been doing this for two weeks now and it is getting a lot easier. I only have to take two breaks throughout the entire workout.
    2nd UPDATE: this workout is way easier and I can do the entire thing without any breaks now.

      @@aimeeeiffe Yes I have definitely seen some results. My tummy has become a LOT flatter and toned. However, just simply exercising won't work well, you have to eat healthy too. You don't have to diet but just be concisous of how much sugar and fat you put into your body. Like me you might feel that this exercise is way too hard in the beginning but just keep going. If you can't finish all of the sets, don't be too hard on yourself. I encourage you to take breaks if needed in the beginning because if you be too hard on yourself then you you will feel really unmotivated. Slowly increase the intensity of the workouts and you can even make them harder by adding weights. You can do it I believe in you just keep at it I suppose. (sorry if I ranted on too much!)

    The thing is I don’t really have a spot in my house to do any of these. I’m embarrassed about my weight and I’ve resorted to do this workout in the bathroom to avoid my family. I don’t have a mat because I’m too embarrassed to ask my parents about one, so it’s kind of painful. I’ve wanted and have tried to do other workouts but the embarrassment I feel by knowing I that my body has gotten to a place where I can’t even look at myself, makes things so much worse. I’m crying as I’m typing this but I want to congratulate everyone who is sticking to it. Good job and you look amazing.

      Dont be embarrassed! All you can do is try and that's what you're doing! Maybe if you told someone in your family, they would want to join you and you can keep each other accountable! This workout is pretty advanced so maybe try some more beginner friendly ones that you can for sure finish and you'll feel way better, and then eventually come back to this:) maybe try a couple towels under you. You got this!

I have really bad knees, and I found that the only “burn” I felt was for like 3 days later with knee pain lol .. my abs are sore today after doing two workouts from this channel instead! I still love my girl chloe. Still gonna support her channel but I’m going to just alternate back and forth. Maybe on days that I’m not feeling such an intense workout and I’m not able to push myself so hard I’ll do chloes workouts lol.

    Hey everyone I would just like to say thank you to this workout I’ve been doing this video for about 5 months now since the beginning of quarantine 3 days a week and I went from being slightly overweight in my stomach to inane abs I’ve also been working out hard on my other days at the gym for other muscle groups and this as my core day and I’ve lost tons of body fat and have great abs now, the different exercises keeps it fresh for 15 min and I listen to music to hype and distract me as I do it, would recommend this 10/10

      Riley TPWK yes this is the only core I did and at the beginning I was doing this 3-4 days a week for like a month then 3 days a week for a few months and now I’m doing it like 2 days a week on my core days, I do chest and tri, bi and back, then core and cardio, I love running but injured my knees in December so have only been running 1 or 2 days a week for 4-6 miles, and I am a very active person in general so I am able to stay lean without much effort

      Me too. I definitely started the workout when the timer hit 45seconds. But good on her stamina for being able to do all that for 15 minutes straight. I’m noooot quite there yet. Lol.

    Guys you got this!! I started seeing results in like 3 days and I am so so happy. About a month in and my abs are back. If you forget or don’t have motivation for a few days, that’s okay!! Just know that when you start again, you will bounce back and feel great

    It’s been a week of doing this daily, I’ve been doing it once instead of twice and combining it with a one minute plank, and rotating through my 4 events for powerlifting.
    Super helpful!
    For anyone wondering:
    Day 1: Squat and Deadlift events + this an workout + plank + stretching
    Day 2: Bench and overhead press events + chin up training + plank + stretching
    And then repeated during the week!
    This ab workout is awesome

    This is the only ab workout I find myself continuously coming back to and am never bored. I do 45sec on, 15sec off to make it more manageable, but I love when she says to “embrace” the burn, applicable to working out and for life!

    My sister and I are trying this out for two weeks we've done it for three days now. My waist is at 33 1/2 inches and my sister's is at 35 inches. I'll be back to give updates. We are not on any diets, None. Lets see how it turns out.
    I'm back with some updates.
    well, my sister quit on day seven, but i continued until today May 4th. I lost half inch of my waist so I'm now at 33 inches. I am very excited to share this with you guys, because like i mention in my previous comment I am not on a diet. While doing this workout i would stop and take very long brakes, I ate a lot of fatty food and snacks.
    so, this following week i will try my best not to eat junk and only eat when I'm hungry. I will try and drink more water, at least ten glasses a day. This is still not a diet, but it is healthier than eating junk anytime i want to.
    If I lost half an inch with no diet, long brakes, and lots of junk food I can imagine what my results will be on May 11th.
    It's May 12 and I am now at 30 inches in my waist. Yessssss! NO DIET.
    Only eat when i need to
    Drink lotsssss of water. the first two weeks i only lost 1/2 inch. Week tree I lost 3 inches more. I lost 3 1/2 inches with this workout and no fancy diet.

      I'm back with some updates.
      well, my sister quit on day seven, but i continued until today May 4th. I lost half inch of my waist so I'm now at 33 inches. I am very excited to share this with you guys, because like i mention in my previous comment I am not on a diet. While doing this workout i would stop and take very long brakes, I ate a lot of fatty food and snacks.
      so, this following week i will try my best not to eat junk and only eat when I'm hungry. I will try and drink more water, at least ten glasses a day. This is still not a diet, but it is healthier than eating junk anytime i want to.

    if ur feeling down that u took a lot of breaks or weren’t able to complete some sets, don’t feel bad!! we all start somewhere, just keep trying and listen to your body, take a break if u need to, just try ur best! ur doing great :)

    Speaking as a personal trainer, this is a well designed workout. I now incorporate this in my routine. Thank you. I’m tapping out early but I’m a keep at it because that’s the only way to build endurance. This is an inspirational video. She makes it look easy. But you have to put the work in to get her results. 💪💯

    This workout is insane! So good! I'm going to post progress, because the other comments like these have motivated me...
    Day 1: I took an OBSCENE amount of breaks today. Going to try to limit them tomorrow, but I can already tell I'm gonna be sore for the next week.
    Day 2: Surprisingly not sore, so I managed to only take one break. it was crazy, I was actually able to feel my obliques getting a workout when I was rotating. Idk if I'm crazy, but I felt myself being stronger and maybe even seeing results after just one day? Maybe paired with some hiit I could actually get some abs to show. Also trying to eat higher protein (yeah lentils) so I'll figure it out. I want to try to do this for the next thirty days to se what type of results I could get!
    Day 3: I'm not sure how but this workout was even easier. Apart from a few of the exercises, this workout was doable, and was actually kind of fun, flying by with an episode of parks n' rec. I'm relying on my leg and neck muscles too much, though. I want to see where this workout can take me, and eventually get to a weighted routine!
    Day 4: Still feeling the burn in my legs, trying to activate my core more. About as difficult as day 3, but after the initial pain, I'm beginning to have fun with these unique exercises. Hopefully I'll get results soon!
    Day 5: I engaged my core more today, but I was giving out when the 2nd circuit came around. Then the leg and neck pain came. Trying to do more cardio, hoping I will see results.
    Day 6: Rest day
    Day 7: Back in the routine, this seemed harder than before... which might be attributed to the fact that a large part of my calories was tortilla chips yesterday lol. Diet and exercise are synonymous! I'm ready to work hard for those results!
    Day 8: Starting to need some motivation, gonna keep going though! Compared to day 1 this really isn't bad.

    i started on April 3.
    my upper stomach is 78cm, my lower stomach is 85cm and i have 67kg
    1~ this isss sooo hard.✅

    i'm going to do this everyday:
    day 1: really difficult during second round i was shaking had to take a lot of breaks
    day 2: first round wasn't all that bad only took 2, 15 second breaks. second round killed me, i took 3 long breaks.
    day 3: even though i could barely walk and my legs and abs were sore, it felt a little easier and i only had to take 3 breaks during this workout 1, 30 and 1, 15 seconds in beginning then 15 second in the second half. i'm feeling an improvement.
    day 4: less sore today didn't take any breaks in the 1st. i took 1 30 second before the second time and 1 30 second before the L-leg drops.Feeling an improvement. those L-leg drop are really hard tho!
    day 5: im feeling more strong in my core each day but i ate some junk food yesterday which made today the same difficulty level as yesterday took one break before 2nd round and no breaks 2nd round, well maybe a little easier.
    day 6: i need to eat better past 2 days ate a couple bad things, today was easier but i was sweating more. i took 1, 30 second break after full sit ups 2 in outs 4 Russian twist (2nd round) did better than yesterday.
    day 7: i felt a little sick
    day 8: i ran a mile insted doing day 9
    day 9: getting easier for sure way better than day 1 not sore only took 1, 25 second break same time as day 6
    skiped day 10 11 need to stay on track
    day 12: easily able to do the first set slightly harder to do the second step compared to the first overall easy only took 1, 15 second break after leg drop twist things second time around
    day 14: doing a different workout by mad fit will post the stuff on here tho
    Ok so i did another ab workout was easier than this but felt a burn. ran on treadmill 5 mins just to get cardio at 8 mph incline 3. i also did this work out harder than usual but i took 1, 30 second break after second round sit ups
    agh i skiped a couple days :(
    day 18: so i did another 10 min ab workout her most recent. i did a 10 min toned arm from her instead very hard!
    day 19: ive been trying different workouts of hers on beginner ab with my mom and a upper body workout. abs was easy but arms killed me
    day 20: did a 15 min thigh workout i have more strength in my abs for sure did another 15 min ab workout by her
    day 24: ive been bad about working out but i lifted weights
    Day 27: i skipped almost 2 weeks of this workout, yes i feel guilty i did it today definitely felt a little harder took 1, 15 second break before L-leg drops 1st round and 1, 30 second break before 2nd round
    Day 31 (im pretty sure): whoa it got easier than last time i am doing a 5 min HIIT warm up had to take 1, 30 second break before second round and 1, 20 second break before L-leg drops.
    Day 33 or 34: it is kind of late so i only did one set no breaks felt the burn though
    Day: 41 (maybe idk) ive kinda been bad about this but i did a 5 min warm up and then this, my legs were dead omg and my abs felt the burn, but since day 1, 100x easier. i took 1, 30 second break after first set and 1, 45 second break before those L-leg drops
    Day 47 probably: i have been doing this for about 2 months now i haven't been consistent but i want to be more consistent in the next 2 weeks then i think im going to try another one of her abs but i might come back to this one idk doing this after online school
    i skipped alot of days, i mine as well start over after 2 months on a different workout or start over on here did this today after running for 15 on elliptical i really felt it. i took 3 breaks for 30 seconds because i was cooking dinner 1 after L-leg drops one before 2nd set and one before L-leg drops. i will do my best to motivate myself tomorrow.
    trying another one of her workout videos i might come back to this
    i think im going to start this again it is 10/11/20 and i might do this or another one of her workouts i have been doing her cardio ab workout which kills me but this hurts too

    ok i have put on a few pounds over christmas and have INSANE!! bloating right now so im gonna do this for like a week and a half or so every day and give updates to motivate myself and hopefully inspire other people to do it. im gonna give in detail descriptions too so dont worry! hopefully i can commit to doing it everyday though because i have a very busy life atm lmao
    day 1 - okay so i definitely feel the burn after it! can't see any results yet but that's also because i have only done it once, and also because im just after eating dinner so im bloated and im not gonna see the results over all the bloatedness lmao. usually when i do workouts like these i see the results in the morning so it'll have to wait until then. otherwise though, it was really difficult - especially the second half! i half literally no core strength so its genuinely hard for me to lift my legs up. it is literally hard for me to go down the stairs though because of the burn in my thighs / lower abs so that's a good sign!! i have an essay due for the day after tomorrow, so im not sure if i will get the chance to do the workout tomorrow but im gonna try my best. also i really dont know if anyones gonna be arsed reading all this, its mainly for my own sake
    day 2 - there was definitely a difference in my lower stomach this morning, not only did it feel a little more toned but it loked more defined and i was less bloated than what i normally am. generally, there already has been a small difference between what i looked yesterday morning and what i look like now. i havent even done the workout today, i am just about to do it, but i am guessing it will be more difficult than it was yesterday because my muscles are a bit sore and tired from yesterday. regardless, im gonna do it! (or try my best to). Okay i just done it, and as predicted, it was DIFFICULT!! way harder than yesterday lmao i was huffing and puffing and almost gave up so many times but i kept pushing. just so my body doesnt get used to the same workouts im either going to take a break tomorrow or do a different workout but already its day two and im surprisingly optimistic :)
    day 3 - so i woke up and was quite pleased with the results, had an almost flat stomach - however i am not losing weight! i know it has only been three days but its weird because my stomach is more defined and slimmer, however im not losing weight which seems like a bit of a paradox. regardless, today i am doing a different workout (i dont know what workout yet) but i'm doing another one because i dont want my body to get used to doing the same thing every day so i need to switch it up.
    day 4 - yesterday i did another workout by MadFit and today when i woke up i was a bit bloated not gonna lie. still havent lost any weight but im not sure if that is the point of these workouts, i feel like it is moreso to tone your stomach but im going to do it anyways today. The only main difference i realised today is that after yesterday's workout, my abs werent sore really at all which i guess is a good sign but also maybe hints to the fact that i didn't workout hard enough yesterday? today is my rest day though so imma take a break from working out

      When you first start working out after not doing it for a while you will actually not lose weight for the first few weeks while your body adjusts to being used in a way it hasn’t for a long time before you actually start to lose weight and tone up! This is why people give up on working out because they don’t see results for quite a while! Keep doing this work out but switch things up a bit because if you do the same thing your body will get used to it and it won’t really be much of a work out. Hope this helps good luck!

      @@방탄소년단샤이니에이 that is normal it means ur muscles are being engaged in the corrext way...usually if i dont feel soreness it means either i didnt try hard enough or the workout was too easy for me, but usually soreness is a good thing

    Usually I only get sore in my upper abs, but this was the first video I have ever done where my lower abs are actually sore! Thank you!! This is now my favorite ab video :)

    I still genuinely wanna thank you for this ab routine. I've been looking for an ab workout that would give my abs a good burn, and this one really did it for me. Emi Wong and Chloe Ting are great as well, but their ab workouts just didn't make the cut. This one really did. Thanks again

    I did it Maddie! I'm so proud of myself and it's all because of you 😁 I was going to quit after the first set because I didn't think I was capable of doing it again. I've been working out with you (and stretching) since you started Madfitmas, and I can't believe how much my strength and flexibility has improved in such a short amount of time. I'm hooked on stretching now (it's like meditation, I never knew that), now every time I'm stressed or upset I pull out my yoga mat and stretch it out. Thankyou again Maddie, you are making me a better person by just being yourself!

    this is my go-to ab workout! I only do abs 2-3x a week (been at it for more than a month now) but my obliques are starting to show that "11" at the sides of my abdomen. I still have fat but that's because I don't do much cardio lol still, MY CORE FEELS STRONGER ily maddie I appreciate that she does the exercises w/ the viewer n not just voice over lol

    Day 1: Oh my. That's what comes to my mind, just the first minute of this workout was hard. I took several breaks and even did the second half of the workout like 25 mins after I did the first part 🤫🤫 it felt nice to feel the burn, very VERY challenging lol I might try it again before bed? I'll definitely do it again in the morning.
    Day 2: Still very challenging, but I'm gonna stick with it. I'm still eating my same old diet, nothings changed about that
    Day 3: Technically, I skipped day 3. I just didnt feel like doing it 😂😂
    Day 4: Okay, I feel bad for skipping yesterday so I'll do this twice today lol.
    It's definitely getting a little easier, but I'm still doing like 4-5 less reps than she is :/ I'll get there one day though.. 1 set down another to go....later :)
    Day 5: Okay, I'm a little backed up on this but I did half of this video earlier and it wasn't as hard :)
    Day 6&7: I forgot to do it these days.
    Day 8: I did it one time this morning and felt pretty good about it. No drastic changes, although my core does feel a little bit stronger.
    Day ?: I've been slacking, but I'm gonna start again in the morning.
    New Day 1: It's getting easier! I haven't even done these exercises in a while and I only took 4-5 breaks total. I can see some definition in my upper abs, nothing quite yet in my lower abs (I'm a skinny fat person) I'm almost excited for the next workout, im starting to see results!
    New Day 2: Much easier!!

    Jumping on the bandwagon to list the days. I've tried yoga, but fell out of it around 2 months ago, pretty weak.
    Day 1: completed the first 7 minutes, but not the second, without break. Did about 2-3 repetitions each minute, since it was hard to actually complete each one. Much slower than the video. Lots of yelling in pain involved. But I believe it's consistency that gets you results! UPDATE: came back to finish the second half! Was easier in terms of knowing the moves, but I hope it won't make things sorer tomorrow!
    Day 2: woah, my stomach muscles were aching! I only did one round this time, the pain was a bit too much. I think my form while doing the exercises was better though.
    Day 3: did it all in one go! First round wasn't painful the way day 1 was, but the second half...yes. I think this isn't a beginners thing for sure, my body just can't get into the positions she does, so I'm working at my current limits. for example the leg drop, can't put my leg all the way up, and for gradually lowering the leg my body instinctively brings my knees up to my stomach, and it's too sore to stretch out. I hope these things improve!
    Day 4: Today was a bit hard to fit in, because it's the weekend, and when you don't have a schedule to base things around they can slip easily. Did it all in one go, a little easier. I realised earlier on I was straining my neck an awful lot which was uncomfortable, and it seems to be because my stomach was at its limit when doing the exercises, and now that strain has lessened a lot. Still hurts like hell to do though!
    Day 5/6? I'll say 5. Yesterday was Sunday so it was a break day. Quite a bit easier compared to before! Again, the form was a little bit more like Mad's in the video, but...the pushup position where you move your legs...I can't feel it in my abs nearly as much as the other exercises, I doubt it's because I'm THAT good so I feel like I'm doing something wrong? Anyway, these days my stomach feels a bit firmer, and looks how it used to on my "good" days, like when you have an active day combined with not eating much, but it looks like that all the time now! Small, but steady improvements!
    Day 6: Well, I got my period today so...not in the best condition to do an ab workout! Plus my studying schedule is pretty intense, with only around 5 minute breaks, so I had to do it in 2 parts. Pretty difficult, but I'll persevere! Here's hoping tomorrow's not so sore.
    Day 7: I didn't do...I sort of just gave up on it all, exercising, studying. I spent the day playing fortnite, but it didn't feel good!
    Day 8: slowly trying to get back into it, so only did one round. Generally much easier

    This was amazing! I did your ab work out just before this then did the ab and core. I got through the first set after doing the full ab work out. I tried the second set and got through two of the exercises. You’re so fit and have obviously been working at this for a long tome. As the other girls have said your workouts are seriously intense and definitely burn!! Ow! I almost cried doing this and your ab workout. Keep up the awesome workouts and great form! Amazing to see how fit some people are. Great inspiration! 🌷🌱💕

    I LOVED THIS omg. Around the first time i started watching your videos i tried this like a year or so ago and i gave up i said i couldn't do it it was too hard but now after watching other 15 minute ab videos of yours I'm proud to say i did all of it and I didn't stop and this routine is now one of my favorites!!!

    I have done several abs exercises with a faster pace and/or weights, and this is by far the best ab workout I have done. Although the focus was in the middle core, I felt it all through out. Thanks and Godspeed!

    Not going to lie, I thought this was going to be easy after seeing who was doing it (sorry to be so quick to judge). But after doing it, I can say this was by far one of the best and most challenging ab workouts I have ever done.
    Thank you so much for this. I also liked that the workouts were different, and effectively hit the enitre core.

    I have always had trouble with trying to keep my lower back down, and when I do anything on it, on a mat, my back on the mat makes this weird fart noise😂 but I think I am finally learning to press it down the right way, its going to take a bit more practice. Loved this video, I'll definitely be doing it again!!!

      It's even harder when you have a naturally big booty... My butt has always been round and it makes it REALLY hard for me to press my back into the mat.
