      Remember the most important thing is to love your body even if its wide, thin, skinny, fat, all bodies are perfect! But heres a tip! If you really want to lose weight, do atleast 30 minutes of a workout but always rest in between! The most important thing is to be consistent. But as i said, all bodies are beautiful, dont hate it!❤

      Committing to do 5 minutes is a tremendous accomplishment. I started for mobility, If I sleep too long I wake up achy, a 5 minute routine completely changes that! You're awesome for your commitment.

    Maddie is a phenomenal trainer , I went from 238 to 218 and starting to jog again !
    My goal is 185 and a marathon!

    I'm so happy I found your channel. As a busy mother of 5 who also dances professionally, i don't have the time to work with a trainer because my schedule is so sporadic.     A mix of both short time exercises like this and long time exercises whenever I can … it does help me feel that I’m doing something good to my body. Gonna be doing this tonight 👍🏼

    I loved this workout so much!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻 I’m trying to stop forcing myself to do long workouts, instead focusing on doing what makes me feel good and less stressed. 10 minutes of abs a day is enough to maintain your core strength, and rest is so endlessly important; you deserve o nourish and be kind to your body no matter how much exercise you’ve done on any particular day. 💞💞

    I really love your routines. Hard, but manageable. Only thing I needed to modify was the side crunch at 7:30 due to my past spinal injury. I just can´t hold my lower back in that position without pain in my spine. But it´s everyone´s responsibility to know what their bodies can manage.
