    I love this yoga sequence because it doesn't involve being on my knees (arthritis) and because it's the perfect length to fit into the day. It also is such a great combination of stretching and strengthening - just right!

    Exactly what I need. Sometimes I just don't feel like putting weight on my wrists. Loved it. It's gonna be one of my favourite practices!

    Thank you so much for this sequence, I don't have very strong wrists so they often hurt during my yoga practise.
    I have 2 requests please:
    🙏 a full length hands-free/light on the wrists session
    🙏a session on how to strengthen wrists to avoid pain and injury.
    Again, many thanks!

    • @yoginimelbourne
      @yoginimelbourne  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would recommend starting with standing, to sitting and to lying if you are selecting from various practices. Hope that helps :)
