    Thank you so much Ms. Paula for inspiring me to do yoga practice. Quite hard to follow the movement because my first time to do yoga. However, because of your calm voice and clear movement i slowly following the moves not in perfect way as you did but atleast slowly but surely. It helps me a lot and hopefully you can still inspire more people. NAMASTE......

Sweetness, compassion and mindfulness in every movement: I feel very happy that you offer these classes and help those that keep trying to do Yoga independently of yoga studios.     This video really got me feeling like one with my body! The poses are gentle but can really work out some stiffness. I never knew that with cat pose you are supposed to round your feet so that only your toes are on the mat! Good to know! THANK YOU!

    This was such a beautiful practice, thank you so much! I was feeling sluggish in the middle of my math studies so I decided to take a yoga break. This was perfect! I feel relaxed but refreshed! I can see this as a perfect practice for any time of day.
