      I've been practicing Silat and Escrima since 1993 and Taiji, Bagua and Xingyi since 2008. I like practicing slow twisting and circling steps with blades. It nourishes my brain and I circulate my chi to stay healthy and massage my internal organs to stay soft and limber.
      The first thing I would teach someone is how to relax and root and circulate Qi. After relaxing, someone can learn basic Gong Fu!
      All I popped was Unholy Water
      I caught a sort of fired up order
      Medicine the Veteran
      I Set the trend that end
      I recommend Internal Chinese Martial Arts
      So you could learn to screw into the Earth
      Circulate Chi Relax and be Happy!

    Just wanted to share how hard it is to find a 20-minute hatha-adjacent flow that really gets into the muscles and joints, without spending too much time in the pose.
    And on top of that, to not have vocal music in the background competing with your voice, but instead using the sounds of nature to enhance the meditative effect... 10/10.

I echo someone else who asked for longer versions of this type of class - maybe broken into three separate flows that intensify and build to a final super strong pose or longer hold.     Thanks for trying to implement our requests and this great challenging flow. Balancing poses is always a struggle for me, before Yoga, I didn't even know that a body's left side can be so different from the right. It's a nice flow to return to, even if you are not an intermediate in all the poses. You do a fantastic job, thank you.

    Super strong flow Charlie thank you. Twisted crow eluded me and some if the bslances were a bit wobbly, but I really enjoyed the strength required to achieve the poses. 😊 🙏. The setting in the wood was so lovely with the birds in the background. 😊

    Hi Charlie, I’m so excited for you as your channel continues to grow. You deserve it! Your consistent hard work and dedication are admirable. I wasn’t sure how you would fit everything that you promised at the start in such a short period of time but you did and it was marvellous. Standing poses, balance, strength, twists, even side crow. Everything came together intelligently and I appreciated the cue to do ankle rotations in three legged dog with open hip. That was an atypical cue that really makes you unique.

    Morning, what a lovely practice and beautiful setting, the bird song background music.
    I've recently lost some weight and muscle tone too as im menopausal (56yrs old) im struggling with strength in my arms and core. So have tended to stick to beginners for a few years now. You give me the confidence to step out of my confidence zone despite my practice being interupted by wiggles, wobbles and giggles...i realise this is the only way to progress.     There are a few poses I couldn’t quite do fully like the side crow or twisted toe stand. And I kept falling out of the bend over the one lifted leg! I’m looking forward to keeping on practicing and becoming stronger and more balanced and aware.
    Thank you so much for your video! Your suggestions on how to do lunges correctly in another video(or short) has helped me tremendously! I really appreciate it the lower level classes to help me build and the more advanced ones to challenge myself. Appreciate your work!

    30/10/23 It was a well coordinated strong yoga flow this morning. I practice the one legged chaturanga with ease unlike before. I'm good in standing balances but still working on arm balances 😅. Thanks Charlie for your effort and work in this routine. Namaste ❤🙋🏽🤗✌🏾

    I haven’t done this one since it came out! It is a great one! I must not remember spinning learning to do this new Charlie stuff. I was so proud of side crow!
    Today I touched fingers on the second bind in high lunge and fold - finger PRINTS not JUST the tips. Yeah! I sure do celebrate a cm or 2
    On the binds. My shoulders are stiff and uneven. One used to be almost up to my jaw.

    I lovw these short but challenging units, they fit into everyday, and you get flexible and fit nonetheless, I've tried a lot but you're my favourite you tube yoga teacher.
