I work in the bakery of a Whole Foods, was a little surprised to see even in London they have the same cookie! It's a really good cookie if baked well, it depends on the baker lol. Get it closer to soft baked and they are very good for a grocery store cookie.

wow what a coincidence! i literally _just_ made vegan cookies like 30 seconds ago. well.. i say cookies, they kind of became crumbly blobs so i crushed one out of rage, and ended up crushing the rest, adding butter and turning it into a pie crust and made some pie. so long story short. *i made a pie bcus i got frustrated with a cookie* 😌
Bigger Bolder Baking has the best chocolate chip cookie recipe. I make it vegan by using pure spread, flax eggs and vegan chocolate. They come out great every time, people cannot tell the difference!
