This guy is definitely a PRO. He has knowledge and technique that’s better than most food youtuber. Not just attended culinary school “good”, but rather worked in the kitchen for atleast a few years good.

I don't know why, but this video just hit extra good. The innuendo jokes were perfect, and then that warning for extra emotion too- It just fits perfectly.
Well, that is actually another level in some way. Watching canoe doesnt make you any more fed up social wise, after the whole day, you can check him out and feel good. He even warns you, when he could cross the line of a calm and very introvert-like experience. That is actually new to the foodtube genre.

I like the partial, half-hearted pixelization of the other people in the restaurant. Those flies on the pastries in the Sweet Rehab shop -- that's one place we can cross off our list, no need to rate one through tayn. Levain's franchised up but I remember when it was the one small bakery on the Upper West Side -- still my fave.
I absolutely love the mix of reviewing and baking. You should definitely do more videos like this.

maybe im just crazy, but I hate cookies that are massive like that and so thick you could use them as paving stones. I much prefer the thinner ones that are wrinkly and chewy.

I may be alone in this opinion, but I personally prefer not to have my chocolate chip cookies overloaded with chocolate. I like to still be able to taste some of the dough. Although maybe that's just because the family recipe I use has a super delicious dough even if it's plain. I haven't really looked to order chocolate chip cookies at bakeries lol.
If you want to limit the awkwardness of filming in public you have to get up, shout "Don't mind me please, i'm filming a video for my social media but i'm socially awkward." And as the rule dictate people will instantly stop looking at you. Or maybe it's to get all the attention but the dislike of everybody, can't sure to remember which it is.
