And no, EVS of course don't solve the congestion problem. The only thing that can do that is efficient, clean and reliable public transit

No. That is misinformation. They are EVs based on an ICE model. These have two charge ports. China standard and European.
In this case,
1. All cars should be converted to Hydrogen fuel using cars
2. These cars should be delivered to South American countries, Afghanistan, Pakistan, South African countries, Where it can easily utilised for people transport.
India is not good option as Indian car owners and imports of luxurious cars choices are far from laid cars.
3. Let cars be recycled to produce usable materials.
4. Let cars be delivered on one over one free model of business.
5. Let cars be converted for Ambulance purpose in above mentioned countries along with regular passenger transport mode.
By keeping cars in GRAVE YARD NO USE AND NO RETURN OF MONEY.
At least by delivering in huge cargo ship or in car ferries at least one can MAKE LAND USABLE FOR OTHER PURPOSE.
