- This is a hack I have been working on for Banjo-Kazooie where I put all the levels from SM64 into the game. This hack was made with Banjo's Backpack and is for N64 Nintendo 64

How to play Demo
1. Obtain a U.S. Rom file of banko-kazooie
2. Download patch listed below
3. Download Xdelta patcher
4. open Xdelta patcher and select the clean Banjo kazooie Rom and then the patch.
5. Open the rom on a n64 emulator and make sure it is using 8mb of ram not 4mb

I took a year break from the project but because of recent events I want to start working on it again. I probably have another 100 hours of work at least so it is going to take at least 3 months to finish. I am also thinking of releasing the beta shown in this video for feedback i'm not sure yet tho.
Also any advice on ideas for stars or jinjo locations in levels would be apperciated as well.
This hack runs on console all footage was taken by an everdrive 64

For the original 6 stars in a level, replace them with 5 of the 10 Jiggies and put a Jinjo where the red coin star would appear.
Put the other 4 Jinjos in some of the 8 red coin spots. for the other red coin spots you could put 2 of the honeycomb pieces at, and leave the other 2 red coins for health honeycombs?
Where hearts are, place a beehive with no bees.
replace coins with notes.
put flypads where you'd normally get the wing cap
make a jiggy spawn somewhere when a switch is pressed to represent the 100 coin star; the switch could replace a blue coin switch.
1-up mushroom spots become 1-up statues
Have all moves unlocked from the beginning if possible. If not, have all moves taught in the castle front, castle inside and castle courtyards.
Have the Bowser Star doors and locked doors be the note doors. Maybe raise the door requirements to account for the additional levels.
either place the remaining jiggies wherever you want, or replace specific objects (eg, the penguin baby).
The honey combs need to be more hidden I think

I love how Mario 64 and Banjo Kazooie were almost made for this, the level designs compliment Banjo's abilities and physics really well and the music swap is also amazing. I would love to play this when it's done or even just a demo of it! Looks amazing. I hope you're still working on this.

It's actually pretty amazing how well the music lines up with the various parts. The only one that doesn't fit is Bubblegloop Swamp for Thwomp's Fortress, but that's still not that bad, honestly.

Have to say I'm pretty amazed that even though the game is set up to be done with Mario's mechanics, that Banjos mechanics allow the levels to be completed seemingly as easily and flawlessly. Kind of interesting.
