Wow this is such a crazy crossover! Hearing the Pokemon Snap lobby song in the Banjo theme is something I didn't know I needed. Also I cracked up at "Are you a Bear or a Bird" hahaha.

First off, Pokemon snap is probably my absolute favorite spin-off in the series. Right next to the Pokemon trading card game on The game boy color. Second, banjo kazooie is perhaps the single greatest game on the n64.
The very fact that you and the guy who made the map smashed them together and made something beautiful is like putting chocolate and peanut butter to make a butterfinger, my absolute favorite candy. This is such a fantastic idea!
This is actually really cool never thought of these stages as 3D platforming
It would be AWESOME if the Pokemon Snap games had a platformer mode incorporated into them,the environments are fascinating😄.
I like how the character names are spelled out in Unown lettering in the volano level.
I've never played pokemon games before so I tought that letters were created by Kurko, thanks! now I understand the words , Mumbo Banjo and Tooty in a toombstone-like rock(sad).
The Route 113 theme inside the volcano brought a smile to my face.

When I started the video and saw it was over 20 minutes I thought to myself that I could watch the beginning and jump some parts.
Once I started I couldn't stop and didn't jump, not even a bit. Everytime some new detail brought a smile to my face.
The Veridian Forest ending is simply perfect. The best modding I have ever seen.
I would love to see more Snap and more Pokemon Routes on the mods :)

Otherwise I would've been risking 💩-🤲🏻 from running out like a lot of other folks did😅.I actually saved this video, it's a fun little piece of pandemic history that's actually cheerful😊.Also that Snorlax 😴 with sunglasses is adorable😄.

There is a fellow named “Hat Loving Gamer” although doesn’t make mods he’s made fan videos of Pokémon Snap in other worlds and other things, take a look if you have the chance. The Mario Kart 64 Snap version is hilarious.

I honestly didn't plan on doing a main 9th world, but I'm definitely going to do it. Right now I'm working on it - I'm still in the remodeling and optimization phase - so it won't be announced until I try Ingame and see that everything works correctly.

Yes, but animations cannot be added to the new models, so a Pokemon with a static posture would have been really weird

I love these B-K mods, but I'm surprised no one has found a way to mod Tooie yet. I'll bet these mods would be better if made for Tooie.
There are no tools to modify Tooie yet, but there is a team working on them, so hopefully will be Tooie mods soon
Hey mark, is there any way to mod the game so that you can fly from anywhere? I know there’s a gameshark code that allows for it by pressing a, but you wouldn’t be able to do regular jumps that way. Is it possible to let’s say hold L then jump to activate the flight pad?
I don't know, I've never considered it, but maybe it could be made to work
@@Kurko_Games I think it would be pretty cool, considering it’s just a pain sometimes to walk to a flight pad, you could also make it cost 10 feathers or something so it’s not abused, and have it only work in an area where flight is allowed. That’s asking for a lot lol, just some ideas I had for a potential mod you do!

I played the Stay-At-Home mod back when the newest level was the Bomberman 64 Blue Resort, then figured I'd wait until the final release since there's no way to transfer progress whenever a new level comes out. Anyways, please tell me that the download includes a PDF or images of the in-game pictures you use to check for locations? Spot-the-difference puzzles seem like they'd be a huge pain when you can't easily check the original, and having the pictures available either on another screen (I don't mind having my laptop open as I play), printed out, or on my phone so I can easily compare the two would make things a lot easier to manage. Some of these differences seem subtle enough that I'd be constantly going back and forth between the Lab and each section of the island to double-check each picture, on top of having to line things up properly so I know I'm not at the right picture but lined up wrong, and that's why I'm not finding anything.
Other than that, this looks really neat. My only "complaint" is that you only get to see a portion of the island, with only half of the locations used. Not a big issue since you've got all of the other levels that need game space as well. Still, now I kind of want to see a full port of the Pokemon Snap island, with full reproductions of the entire courses and tracks. (Just, maybe keep the picture minigame as the Pokemon Sign equivalents, like the note in the tunnel. A single thing to check per-level would be easier to manage mentally than a half-dozen)
The idea is that you take photos with your smartphone (or taking screenshots). That way it is not necessary to memorize them
@@Kurko_Games That's what I thought of at first, but not every monitor does photos easily. If the monitor's refresh rate isn't matched up to the phone camera, pictures of the screen don't work right. Learned that one the hard way.

There will be Note Doors, however I am still not sure how to make the Hub World, or the space that will be left within the ROM for it

I can't talk about this world, but for mines I remodel and retexture everything to fit correctly for BK game engine
